I purchased my home after someone had already attempted to and had added all the upgrades of their choice which coincidentally I liked. What sold me though was the size of the lot it came with. Perfect for starting to grow into and potentially starting a family. Everyone from the builders.and loan office treated me with the upmost respect from start to finish and even though you need to docusign or pull old records to prove your identity and worth(many, many times). There never was a moment that I felt it wasn't going to be my new home. The hardest part was waiting for escrow to give me the green light to move. I had a great experience with KB Homes. It was a well guided process from our first signature as intent to purchase all the way to closing. They are also great with following up with their customer satisfaction department. I had my purchased home undergo independently inspected by third party and was given over all great reviews on the quality of materials and very few points to repair, which were addressed efficiently. KB Homes has earned my recommendation.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? My Overall Impression of buying a home with KB is exceptional. I can't express in words the gratitude I have for each one of the professionals who were a part in mine and my family's journey of buying a home. From the initial experience of looking at models and seeing that KB was the one for us, to the very last minute of receiving our keys and walking into our new home, the total experience was incredible. It was mine and my spouses first time buying a home, therefore we had a million questions, concerns and inquiries never once did we feel that our concerns were never acknowledged. EVERY-TIME we had a question the person for the task was always available and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions professionally, accurately, and empathetic. I can honestly say that I am incredibly grateful to have picked KB for this entire experience. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? In minimal words I would describe the quality of my new home as valuable and expensive. The quality surpassed my expectations. My only complaint would be that unfortunately in the spaces inside Home where the builders call "wet spaces" it is the only areas that are painted in semi-gloss. The entire rest of the house is painted in flat paint which is incredibly easy to get dirty, any little smear of a finger print is noticeable and extremely hard to clean. How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? The over all experience with the builder team was a good one, the time frame they gave to me was accurate. My family and I were able to plan our move timely and accordingly which was great due to the process I'd waiting for a new home to be build from floor up. I thought it was especially exceptional that we received weekly and monthly updates. Pictures and positive thoughts. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? KB is nothing more than the best. They make you feel like family and they show how much they care about you and your entire experience in home buying, that to me is priceless. Amazing construction, quiet place , nice neighborhood, and parks.

We have had some nickel and dime issues with the home. Chad has been on top of everything. He even came to our home to replace a broken lamp even a lightbulb. He fixed our door and the back sliding door. We’re just so overwhelmed that he is so good to us, it is obvious that he loves his job and he is faithful to Kb Homes. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service. We really appreciate you. We feel so comforted knowing that there’s someone there to help us when we need them. Thank you Kb Homes buyer.

We absolutely love our home! We have never purchased or lived in a new build community. We rented here first and ended up falling in love with the community. We watched the final houses being built. We met the builder Kevin and he answered so many questions for us with thorough explanation. Scott also helped us with anything we needed. Brad was available to us and helped us get our dream home. Loved our experience designing our new home! We feel like we were able to design our dream kitchen! We love how our home fits our lifestyle - the open floor plan is great for entertaining. Any issues that have come up have been quickly addressed by customer service.

This whole experience from looking at a model home to moving in has been absolutely great. John was phenomenal and a great person who tried hard and was very capable and supportive. Even after the house was bought, the support has been great! Chad was so nice in making sure everything in the build was what I wanted. The KB home design responded very well to inquiries and requests.
