We absolutely love our home! We have never purchased or lived in a new build community. We rented here first and ended up falling in love with the community. We watched the final houses being built. We met the builder Kevin and he answered so many questions for us with thorough explanation. Scott also helped us with anything we needed. Brad was available to us and helped us get our dream home. Sandra, the KB loan officer made all of the magic happen so we could actually get our keys. We are so grateful for the KB experience. Loved our experience designing our new home! We feel like we were able to design our dream kitchen! We love how our home fits our lifestyle - the open floor plan is great for entertaining. Any issues that have come up have been quickly addressed by customer service.

This whole experience from looking at a model home to moving in has been absolutely great. John was phenomenal and a great person who tried hard and was very capable and supportive. Even after the house was bought, the support has been great! Chad was so nice in making sure everything in the build was what I wanted. The KB home design responded very well to inquiries and requests.

Great experience specially with the marketing person Harvey and Loan department Marcus. Very helpfull answer my question any time. Work with me on my convenience time which is I was full time Employed and when I call them even thier off days and evening early morning any time answer phone calls. House design department assist and explained all the product I want. I am so great full that I worked with KB. Happy for my house.
