I had some follow up items after the initial hand over which is typical with a new home build. Doug, the construction supervisor and Martin Coday have been superb. They have been very receptive and have taken care of all of the outstanding items. I really appreciate them going above and beyond.

KB homes sales staff and customer service were very helpful in getting the home we wanted.

Buying your first home can be a stressful process but grateful to have the team at KB Homes guide us through it. Eric and Veronica were both always there to help and super responsive. We never felt like we were alone or confused during the process.

Great experience throughout the process. Did took almost a full year to built but due to supplies/demands and shortages nationwide but made it less anxious for us because of great communication/feedbacks and progresses every month. I’m a first time homebuyer and the team broke down and explain/walked me through the whole process and I was in a budget plan which was great to help me stay on track with saving and expenses/etc. once moved in to the home, the other part of the team took over to make sure my home is what we expected and answered my question and concerns immediately! Wonderfull experience with KB home.

This was not only my first home but my first new build. The sales team was great and sent me weekly updates with pictures of the progress of the home. I was pleased with amount of commutation through out. Once moved in, the superintendent made sure we had everything we needed and the customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Due to Covid the completion date was pushed back a little, which was understandable, but they gave us free upgrades on some appliances and free services on the home-to make up for the trouble.
