Wonderfull experience with KB home.

This was not only my first home but my first new build. The sales team was great and sent me weekly updates with pictures of the progress of the home. I was pleased with amount of commutation through out. Once moved in, the superintendent made sure we had everything we needed and the customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Due to Covid the completion date was pushed back a little, which was understandable, but they gave us free upgrades on some appliances and free services on the home-to make up for the trouble. They did and continue to do everything they can to make sure we’re happy with our new home. Really impressed with KB and the build overall.
