How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? My Overall Impression of buying a home with KB is exceptional. I can't express in words the gratitude I have for each one of the professionals who were a part in mine and my family's journey of buying a home. From the initial experience of looking at models and seeing that KB was the one for us, to the very last minute of receiving our keys and walking into our new home, the total experience was incredible. It was mine and my spouses first time buying a home, therefore we had a million questions, concerns and inquiries never once did we feel that our concerns were never acknowledged. EVERY-TIME we had a question the person for the task was always available and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions professionally, accurately, and empathetic. I can honestly say that I am incredibly grateful to have picked KB for this entire experience. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? In minimal words I would describe the quality of my new home as valuable and expensive. The quality surpassed my expectations. My only complaint would be that unfortunately in the spaces inside Home where the builders call "wet spaces" it is the only areas that are painted in semi-gloss. The entire rest of the house is painted in flat paint which is incredibly easy to get dirty, any little smear of a finger print is noticeable and extremely hard to clean. How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? The over all experience with the builder team was a good one, the time frame they gave to me was accurate. My family and I were able to plan our move timely and accordingly which was great due to the process I'd waiting for a new home to be build from floor up. I thought it was especially exceptional that we received weekly and monthly updates. Pictures and positive thoughts. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? KB is nothing more than the best. They make you feel like family and they show how much they care about you and your entire experience in home buying, that to me is priceless. You can't teach someone to be compassionate, friendly and tender. All traits of which every individual who was part of our journey had. Again, thank you to all of KB's professionals!! This was the most horrible experience for buying a home, the aggressiveness and incompetent plus the misinformation of the sales team was the most unpleasant experience for buying a home. I am sorry but I will never refer anyone

Amazing construction, quiet place , nice neighborhood, and parks.

We have had some nickel and dime issues with the home. Chad has been on top of everything. He even came to our home to replace a broken lamp even a lightbulb. He fixed our door and the back sliding door. We’re just so overwhelmed that he is so good to us, it is obvious that he loves his job and he is faithful to Kb Homes. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service. We really appreciate you. We feel so comforted knowing that there’s someone there to help us when we need them. Thank you Kb Homes buyer.

Everything was professional and smooth

Everyone from the sales offices to Kyle have been great. They have helped with any questions and needs throughout the process. Even when after closing Kyle has been a text away.

I would rate this whole process 3 star, during the process of gathering paperwork was difficult due to a lot of miscommunication and some area during the process can improve. But overall I’m satisfied with my home, I do want to say that sale person and responsive to issues team is awesome.

Customer service is at its best with KB and company. Design agent and service representatives are helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

Low quality of construction ! Sales service needs to be improved. No follow up or updates on next steps upon entering into agreement. KB home needs business, not customer satisfaction.Post buying experience and responsiveness to issues is satisfactory.

We absolutely love our home! We have never purchased or lived in a new build community. We rented here first and ended up falling in love with the community. We watched the final houses being built. We met the builder Kevin and he answered so many questions for us with thorough explanation. Scott also helped us with anything we needed. Brad was available to us and helped us get our dream home. Sandra, the KB loan officer made all of the magic happen so we could actually get our keys. We are so grateful for the KB experience. Buying a home with KB was very quick and pleasant!

Loved our experience designing our new home! We feel like we were able to design our dream kitchen! We love how our home fits our lifestyle - the open floor plan is great for entertaining. Any issues that have come up have been quickly addressed by customer service.

This whole experience from looking at a model home to moving in has been absolutely great. John was phenomenal and a great person who tried hard and was very capable and supportive. Even after the house was bought, the support has been great! Chad was so nice in making sure everything in the build was what I wanted. The KB home design responded very well to inquiries and requests.

From the beginning, sales person to design studio, to builders to customer service all are exceptional.

The staff was excellent in all aspects of providing customer service. They responded quickly to answer questions and resolve minor issues. They promptly answered phone, emails and text messages.

After one year, KB finally handed over the house to me! The house is large and the backyard is moderate in size. The overall price of the house is 5% lower than the contract signed a year ago, reducing my financial burden. The new house is equipped with solar energy, which is very environmentally friendly, with various household equipment, and the overall price of the house is relatively high. The minus point is that the quality of the doors and windows is average, and a few switches are broken, which have been reported to KB and are waiting for repairs!

My first visit to the KB Homes was a great experience. I was introduced to a new way of living in a modern home. I was happy with their sales rep the most. And secondly the builder’s who explained everything about how to use my new home. Overall, KB homes was a perfect match for me and if you’re planning to purchase a new modern home, KB Homes will make you very happy.
