The sales staff was great, but the KH financing could use a tune up. The home is in good shape overall but it definitely shows the rush to complete in the loss of quality in craftsmanship. The issue is obvious, built fast and too many for proper oversight on the work done. But no major issues, so that's a big plus. Response to warranty repairs is also good.

Great experience specially with the marketing person Harvey and Loan department Marcus. Very helpfull answer my question any time. Work with me on my convenience time which is I was full time Employed and when I call them even thier off days and evening early morning any time answer phone calls. House design department assist and explained all the product I want. I am so great full that I worked with KB. Happy for my house.

Kb home warranty does a great job taking care of customers after closing and truly goes above and beyond, Chad has helped us out tremendously. Keep up the good work. From the sales team to the finance/mortgage team, everyone was very responsive to even the most repetitive questions. It was a very uncertain market in 2022 but I can honestly say I felt like everyone was working for and with us, not against us. First time home buyer and the process was made easy. The level of service was very high up to the close and extends beyond as issue have come up, the KB team has time and time again made it right. Not a perfect experience but one I would recommend to others.
