Its was a great experience working KB Home's team from the first day we walk in and met Shelia in the office to the finishing touches of our home with Luis. We had the pleasure to also meet superintendent Joe always on top of his job site making sure it's all taken care of properly. They made sure and walked us through every step of the way. If we had any question or concerns they where always quick to response even after hours. We are very happy & satisfied with our new home specially with KB Home team they are very professional always made us feel like home from the very start.

My husband and I enjoyed the process of buying our KB home as we received constant updates from Debbie and Theresa from the beginning, as well as coming onto the property to observe our home being built! The customer service representative, Luis, has been responsive and acts in a timely manner. Great team overall!

Customer Service Representative extremely helpful and very nice . Everyone that worked at KB Home was very nice to me and my family. The Whole process from sales at the model homes to the building of our house was very professional and closing of escrow. The way everything was scheduled and on time was amazing . I'm so happy I bought a KB Home. I will recommend KB Home to everybody.

The community is wonderful with a mix of every home models. We choose plan 4 and love it. The workmanship on the home is average the material is average as well , but the upgrades are what make the home unique and beautiful. To be able an visit the home while construction is occurring and acknowledging adjustments is a good quality they offer.
