The house is beautiful. Overall, I'm very happy and whenever I've had issues, they take care of it.

Our experience was great the willingness and satisfaction was amazing if there was a problem it got resolved fast. I can say that KB homes is all about customer service and making the customer feel great about their purchase.

My family and I absolutely love our home. It is spacious, comfortable, and new - can't beat that! Thank you KB staff for showing care and concern for any questions I've had. :)

Good experience in buying our second home

Choose the upgrades. Saves time money and allows you to roll it into your mortgage payment. For the price we're paying for homes in CA, the upgrades will be worth it in the long run.

Had a great experience

To ensure you get "all" exterior gas lines you need. ensure sink is determined at the time your select your cabinets. Make sure all light switches are not hidden behind the "towel" bar otherwise light sensor will not work. Pay attention to the ceiling drywall crowning throughout. and lastly drywall is acceptable around the shower/bathtub

Service is very good, fast and of good quality. There were several minor issues when we just moved in, such as heating and the master bedroom door. They could have been prevented.

Buildup materials are very good. Our property model was designed to cancel outside noise. Very quiet inside the house. Quality of workmanship should be double and triple checked for the general contractor and subcontractors. Upon occupancy of the property, we came across items that were damaged and loose fixtures. Painters failed to remove edging tapes, clean their areas, and windows were dirty. KB has a checklist during a walk-through. The company definitely can improve reliability of the subcontractors to keep them at a higher standard. A quality control or a checklist should be performed for each sub’s workmanship. I first want to say the individual employees are great. They have been helpful and I ultimately hold KB Home as a company. The quality of my home, including the extra upgrades was less than satisfactory. As someone who watched DIY shows, and has minimal experience, I could tell a lot of the finishing touches on the house we're done by people who had little to no experience. I hope KB Home does better for their customers in the future.
