I got excellent support from KB Homes throughout the entire process from initial discussion to final delivery of home keys.

Our new home was built and completed early from the original estimated date of completion. The house was built on some minor touch up of interior painting, but the customer service representative was on it to fix the issues. Completely recommended to buy from the KB Home builder. Overall design was good, but not what we wanted to be. The design center was really helpful to arrange the date and time for the selection of the products. Price comparison from the Design center and Outside market was reasonable and accurate when installed at the house.

To say buying your first home can be stressful is an understatement. But KB made every effort to guide is throughout the entire process. From sales, to financing, to design, to construction, and finally to follow up - EVERYTHING was taken care of with the utmost sense of urgency, empathy and professionalism. Scott was the first person we met at KB and he went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way, moving from out of state is tough but Scott made every effort to keep us in the loop, answering all of our questions and quickly finding solutions to any problems that would arise. We met Brian early on and he is so easy to work with, very responsive and helpful through whole process. Scott and Brian made us feel like family, a testament to their great character.I would highly recommend KB homes in quality, service, communication and overall process.

KB Homes made the home buying experience comfortable. As a first-time homebuyer I was nervous and didn’t quite understand the whole process. KB’s staff was friendly, informative, and worked with my realtor to ensure I was getting taken care of, and perhaps most importantly, that I was happy. I was given weekly update photos through the entire building process so that I could see the progress of my home which was such a cool experience, and showed how persistent they were to ensure I was informed. Upon completion they had follow through and showed me all of my home features, and all of the resources could need if there was an issue (there hasn’t been one yet). Still, months after I’ve moved in, I get regular check ups to make sure everything in my home is up to my satisfaction. It’s a great feeling to know that I have a staff of employees and a company on my side in this endeavor and I’m happy I went with KB and got my home. We absolutely loved our KB homebuying experience and the house they built us is very well made. From the moment we started talking with Will, our KB Lender and Angelina our KB realtor everything has been better than promised and even the delays were completed faster than we were told. Now that we are in our home, there are small things that the home needs, like a few dead plants, a couple outlets that don’t work, etc but in comes the KB customer service team. The process of buying my first home was easy, the portal is neat and organized, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The house is built with quality materials focusing in areas of the house that needs strong materials. I can control/view many features from my phone, front door camera, alarm, heater/ AC, Water and solar panel. KB makes sure the customer is happy and I know by talking with my new neighbors. They have a great staff
