It was a terrible mistake to buy from KB home which could not deliver in a timely matter with below standard workman ship. Unlike what the company claims that they are number one, I learned the hard way about them with loss of over $20,000 during one year of waiting and responding to unrelated requests for loan documents which was ridiculous like writing essay for marketing properties. I am still waiting to hear from them about some outstanding issues.

Very bad quality of finish and materials

We were able to make a lot of selections. Take your time making selections, and go all in on lighting options.

Words is not enough to be grateful of this entire process in purchasing a new home with KB. It was a great experience because of these three wonderful trustworthy friendly compassionate men. they all became a friend to me along the process. Bill the realtor was incredible.He never cease to update me sending pics of the construction. He quickly respond to my phone calls and texts. personal attention support and assistance is well appreciated. This was my first newly built home and really do not know what to expect but he clears everything and always there for my best interest.I contribute my non stress journey to him as well.He is not just a realtor but became a trustworthy friend.I will surely miss him esp when questions will still come up just because he was always there. My loan officer Bill is doing all my best interest as well. He is very knowledgeable about the market trustworthy that you built confidence in an instant.He provides me with clarity and reassurance along the process. At first I was working on two loan officer the other was a church mate and gave me a wrong advice to apply near closing g escrow sure enough it was 2 percent more so glad I listened to Bill to locked the interest rate. He is Knowledgeable.He gives me the best counsel in the process. My loan officer is a good fit responded and communicates well throughout the process. He was on a vacation endorsed me to another officer but still on the loop grateful for his consistent care and concern for me. The whole process is smooth from the onset to finish, I feel like I have a friend who favored me. Craig as well is incredible.He become like a family to me always there catering for my needs and never ending questions.I am not a high tech person but he demonstrated all the smart features switches showing me where they are the insulation humidifier switches.So hardworking visible building superintendent. Goes beyond his tasks for us. He delegate tasks in a timely manner whenever something need to be done on the finishing touches carpentry electricity etc He is very visible supportive caring and engaging. About the quality overall is good.Just need tweaking on the finishing touches My home needed some minor carpentry repairs painting electrical fixing but that’s why there’s warranty. Has to share there was a dead mice on the front door and inside on one of the bedrooms. Hoping there won’t be more.. ... More

Material used are good but not the best. Workmanship is great. Sale's team is super.

Enjoyed Kb homes as each saleperson, builder, superintendent were wonderful as all have been kind, professional, knowledgeable and transparent.

The home buying experience was so easy and pleasant thanks to Malissa. She was available at all times an even responded on her days off! She went above and beyond to help out in any way, and reached out to her resources to assist as needed. Scott and team were excellent as well, very responsive to our concerns and quick to get items resolved. Very professional too.

I wish KB homes would include a single basin sink with goose neck faucet in the kitchen and quartz countertops to be included in all homes versus being an upgrade, otherwise all else is fine. The sales team & maintenance team on site are all great and very responsive to any requests.

Danelle at the sales office was really great at getting me information and helping me through the buying process. For a first time homebuyer this was really helpful. The entire team including the lending and construction teams made every work very well and allowed the closing to go super smoothly. I would recommend this for any new homebuyer.

I think new homes these days are never going to be great quality, just because of the rushed deadlines. The best you can hope for is a builder who takes accountability and will fix things (even if it does take a while).

This wonderful home-buying experience was packed with thrills throughout the three months from the time we saw the house to the day we moved in. Maleesa guided us all along the process, expertly advising us. And the house is our forever superb home. I love our home and the construction team are all wonderful. The finance side of the entire experience was a miss...they can do better. But still overall a great purchase.

The sales people used high pressure tactics and misled us during the purchasing process. They did not communicate with the lender or the design center. We had to check that everything we paid for was installed. We paid for higher end cabinets and they were not even installed correctly. They came with lots of damages, they are still not fixed even though the house has closed for 3 months. This was not our first time buying a new home, but it was the worst new home buying experience. It definitely did not feel like we were purchasing a home that cost more than a million dollars. We would never recommend anyone to buy a KB Home and we will definitely not buy another one. Here are some of the things that went bad: - cabinet handles were installed crooked, and not aligned. - they come to do touch up paint and left paint drops on the floor. - all the doors are scratched or dented. - the garage door handle just fell off - while we were buying the house, all the home buyers did not get the same price adjustment, some home buyers got additional benefits even though salespeople lied and said everyone is treated the same. - the after purchase service is non-existent. There is no place to send issues. Nobody responds to emails. The only person who tries to help is the construction superintendent. - the KB team was the most unorganized group of people we dealt with. - throughout the whole experience communication we received from different people were all different. Nobody was on the same page. Everyone had different dates, deadlines or records. If we have to organize everyone’s efforts, what are they getting paid for? - it was a very unpleasant buying experience. ... More

We had a great experience with lots of options for upgrades. Process was very straight forward. House is beautiful and exactly the amount of space we need.

Available staff and great response times to needs and concerns. Walk through and site visitations during construction were encouraged and informative.

We are so happy that we found out this Kb home community @ spring Valley. 1st time buyers home and finally we just move in Last Dec 5 .KB homes staff are all there for the whole process from the beginning they are ready to answer all our questions and concerns if theres any needs to update..We pleased and Happy on our Home Sweet Home ..

Scott was the first person we met at KB and he went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way, moving from out of state is tough but Scott made every effort to keep us in the loop, answering all of our questions and quickly finding solutions to any problems that would arise. We met Brian early on and he is so easy to work with, very responsive and helpful through whole process. Scott and Brian made us feel like family, a testament to their great character.I would highly recommend KB homes in quality, service, communication and overall process.
