We had a great experience with lots of options for upgrades. Process was very straight forward. House is beautiful and exactly the amount of space we need.

Our buying experience was great from the first time we met Sherrilyn and took the time for a great lot and home selection. The KB Design team was awesome. From there it was Rainer and Brian who made the final transition exceptional. We really appreciate the entire SD group for making our buying experience stress free and actually pleasurable.

Very professional, answered all questions and follow-up how Everything till now. Ultimate customer service experience. Now to finances process, Shawn did wholesome job on easy processespecially for first time buyer that don't have any experience. Always follow up what need to be done! Day and night question still available to answer if needed. To design center who help me to pick ip the right finish material even though i have a architectural experience. The man who's in charge in the site. Shout out to Pat and craig! Great job guys! Overall everything is great! Design of the unit it's okay. I am totally impressed with the team KB homes who help me choose and complete all necessary action to get through to our buying experience. Not the first time we purchased a new construction house but the customer servuce are next to none. Unfortunately there are some issues in the house since day one when we moved in. From the new installed appliances, breakers, lights, outlets to name a few. Not what I expect for a brand new house. We were able to make a lot of selections. Take your time making selections, and go all in on lighting options.

I love our home and the construction team are all wonderful. The finance side of the entire experience was a miss...they can do better. But still overall a great purchase.
