I had a wonderful experience with KB sale staff and loan processing. I just wished KB has better workmanship and materials. However, KB representative is willing to work out the issues and make sure it would be taken care of. Overall, I am happy with my new home. There are many more years to come. So I will have to wait and see.

The KB team helped our family in each and every step. All team members were friendly and they always paid attention to details. They reported weekly to us. So, we were able to see the progress closely. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful even after we moved into the new house.

Everyone on the sales team were great. The process of picking options was easy because of a great employee.

You hire ppl that do cheap work, you use cheap material and i have been constantly on email having isues being resolved. Thr floors ate damaged and i have not been able to fully furnish my home until you correct them and i have been here over a month. My experience has been a headache- contractors in my home constantly repairing your low quality construction defects.

Ryan, Christine, Eric, Nancy, and Blanca were all great throughout the whole buying experience. The whole team from start to finish have great knowledge and great customer service skills.

I like KB home and the service from the contract to warranty service including contract process, weekly update during construction and walk through with the expert and then very convenient move-in process. Feedback and response is really quick. Warranty service is very nice and very kind. They are very responsible. I definitely recommend KB home.

Liked the overall experience

Starting from Sales, the KBHome staff kept us updated about the development. The KBHome finance was a disappointment as they took all the documents, checked my credit score but they were not able to come with a lower rates compared to external vendors. The after sales staff were also great. They were very prompt in their actions. Only thing they could do here is to better accomodate our requests within our timelines. I do agree that most of the staff gets allocated to various works but I felt that for the work that we had in our place and for the experience the contractors who were working in my house for the issues, they could have done within our requested timeline. I’ve had good moments with KB in buying a house. Problem is, they partner with KPS for electrical and cable wiring. The job done is horrible. Wires are not terminated, and some wires are not connected. I have been begging for them to come and finish their jobs… It’s already taking them over 3 months

We recently moved from San Jose to Gilroy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at KB for making this a memorable experience. We were very excited and a little apprehensive since it was a big move. Christine from sales was so friendly and helped us find the perfect plan. She was always available for questions and ideas! Becky from the design center was amazing at keeping us focused and on track-since it can be quiet overwhelming. She let us take our time with the picks and also helped us when we were stuck. Tim and Peter from the loan processing worked really hard to make sure we had everything and ready to go when it was time. The process is very complicated and they tried to keep us as stress free as possible ( although loan applications and approvals are really really stressful!) Ryan from customer service is a RockStar! He brings so much energy and gets you pumped up for the big move and beyond! He has worked with us on all the little fixes and even helped out during our appliance delivery. The construction crew and their project manager Serena are awesome! We had a couple of things that needed to be redone and they were on it! My overall experience from start until now has been amazing! Our first day driving in the torrential rain to see the properties, we met Christine who was very nice and professional. Then we were introduced the Blanca who we loved and connected with very well. She was very transparent and keep us informed. More importantly, she made us feel that she wanted what was best for our situation and not made to feel like a paycheck. Then we met Ed, great guy and down earth. We could have talked for hours each time we met for our construction meeting. Let's not forget Duc and team. They were very helpful and persistent with sending weekly house progress reports. We weren't able to come into town as often as we had liked so we couldn't stalk the build of our home so the pictures and status updates were helpful. Lastly, on the final walk through we had a great walk with Don and Mike. They were very nice, friendly and made sure we knew that we were in their good hands moving forward.
