Although we moved into a home surrounded by lots under construction, the crew was always friendly and considerate in leaving the area swept and orderly at the end of the day.

Our family absolutely loves our KB Home! From the design to the details we were able to add at the studio we're in love. Beginning with the first steps of our purchase with the sales crew (Michael and Deb) I was impressed with their transparency and communication. At the studio, Debbie was extremely helpful as the choices were abundant. She understood we had a price range in mind and with her guidance we were able to design a killer home. Of course, with Covid this wasn't an ideal situation, but the crews pressed on and delivered our home within the time frame given. The people we have dealt with have been great. The attention to detail of the final product needs more quality control. We have had some minor issues that probably should have been caught in the building process.

From the sales staff, to the people helping to get our house perfect, the experience has been great. Like any new home, there were items that needed to be fixed. The KB team was responsive and brought everything up to our expectations. My only issue was with the tech sub contractor, they left a cat5 wire with no connector.

New homes and all there energy saving qualities are the way to go

Check things carefully in your walk throughs. I was so excited to see it, I didn’t notice things that are bothering me now.

KB Homes has excellent customer service, however the quality of workmanship isn't great. There were many items that need to be repaired, replaced, and touched up. Some upgrades were not installed and had to be completed after the move in. I can't believe they would deliver the house with dents in the garage door and dirty smudges and scratches all over the white cabinets, etc. Nicky and Poco are wonderful customer service folks and I trust them with all the follow up items. They are getting things done correctly!

The sales office was great. My rep kept me apprised of status, progress and timeline. I felt like the KBHS team could have done a better job 'coaching' on the phase of the loan progress. Multiple times, months would go by without notice and then there was an immediate required action item that was crucial to he loan process, which created a lot of unnecessary stress. I also had to specifically call out issues and updates that were required to be made in my closing summary statements multiple times. Had I not put the effort to perform details reviews of my closing summary, I'm certain they would not have been caught which would have resulted in me paying excess fees; again unnecessary stress for something that should have been a seamless and generally exciting/enjoyable process. ... I am still finding some things that need repairs. Which are already adding to the increasingly long list of repairs that are still not have been fixed.

design and sales could have been more knowledgeable about product and options. construction people were responsive and knowledgeable. first time we tried the heater it smoked and set off the smoke alarm like it was never tested customer service didn’t answer my emails. waiting for replacement of bath sinks. not enough instructions for appliances and features
