Super happy with everything so far!

From start to finish was great.

From the time I met with Harvey, the sales rep, to signing the closing documents, it was all a seamless experience with regular updates and the options we chose at the studio, KB Homes makes home buying experience easy and their builds are very high quality, as we had a KB Home before. Michael from warranty and post purchase and sign off team was very thorough in his inspection and walk through. Overall great work from the KB team

Very nice and cozy house

Always look for a person who sells himself, knowing his/her personality and responsibility. Houses being build are by contractors anyway. So for me, the important part is after sales, on how issues are resolved the best possible way and how you are treated as well. KB HOMES, they are on point, detailed, excellent.

Overall experience was still great despite some delays which in most part due to factors which the builder have little control of.

This was a great experience from start to finish! After searching for a house, we ran into a KB Homes listing and it was in our our budget. Which we didn’t know or believe we could purchase a brand new build home within our budget. The process, the steps you take builds confidence and assures you, you are getting that home you were searching for! The way we were treated by everyone at KB Homes was awesome! Going to the studio we were scared of going over budget. But they work with you and help guide you. We are very very satisfied with our choices. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my construction manager’s, Daniel Ramirez & Michael Cole , for making the home building process so easy and enjoyable. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, Daniel Ramirez & Michael Cole was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. They were also very helpful in guiding me through the process and making sure that I was getting the best possible value for my money. My experience with purchasing a house was a great experience over all. Omar did my walk through and I was pleased. He made me feel comfortable and he made sure he that I understood what he was discussing, his role and the whole process after closing.

Buying with KB was so easy thanks to Harvey, Josie, and Daniel. Harvey and Josie went above and beyond for us during the home buying process, from walking us through the home when we came to tour to working with us upon placing a deposit and all the paperwork following. In inspections, Daniel was very attentive and flexible with us, ensuring that any concerns that we or our third-party inspector brought to light were taken care of by move-in. All 3 made the home buying experience extremely easy and our family is very happy with our purchase and new home!

The best part of KB Home is the trustworthiness, quality of materials and very quick response from the staff. The buying experience was very smooth and the sales staff always made sure we are clear on the the process and the price is very competitive compared to the other players in the market. The service staff is very responsive and they address the issues quickly. This is in fact great! Overall, a best buying experience!!
