KB homes are beautiful and affordable.

I purchased my new KB Home in March 2023. The process was very easy, simple, efficient and worry-free. Since I didn't have the opportunity to personalize my home it was everything that I wanted and more. Any minor snafus that occurred was rectified quickly and efficiently. How can you beat a 10-year warranty on a KB Home? It's unheard of these days.

Since day one Dinah, Daniel, Tim, Christine were all helping & always available when we needed them for advise regarding paperworks. The best part of KB Home is the trustworthiness, quality of materials and very quick response from the staff. The buying experience was very smooth and the sales staff always made sure we are clear on the the process and the price is very competitive compared to the other players in the market. The service staff is very responsive and they address the issues quickly. This is in fact great! Overall, a best buying experience!!

KB Homes is just not a home building company, it’s like a family. Everyone is so cooperative and ready to help all the time. Nothing is perfect in this world and KB Homes takes every opportunity to get better by fixing anything new homebuyer has concerns for. They are very prompt in fixing things immediately. Thomas, Elena, Jose are always ready to go extra mile to have great customer experience.

I highly recommend KB Homes they communicated and educated very well. Josie and Harvey were nice people to work with. Mike and Daniel have been great with logistics and taking care of us.

Our sale person Kelly has a great personality and very helpful on purchasing our new home made the family feel comfortable with all the questions the family had to ask. Michael our inspector was very helpful with the family went over all the things to know about the house and checking all appliances ,electrical and plumbing Both Kelly and Michael answer all the things we need to know and responsive when needed Thanks you kb homes and people involved with our journey on purchasing our new home.

Welcome home at KB homes!

Recently i bought my first KB home, though i have multiple investment properties, the quality, and workmanship are of a way low standard. The wrong cabinets are installed and post-handover, I have been asked to reinstall the cabinets. There is no space to access master bathroom from one side. Overall a very terrible experience with KB Homes.

A great place gated communitr, nice neighborhood, quite and peacefull. A great place to live Specially if you have kids to build a new life and of course a retirement home. What else I can say is stopby and take a look how you feel.
