Susanna was outstanding. She was in constant communication with me even on her days off. She always responded to my text messages, phone calls, questions, etc. I was always updated with the progress. She sent me pictures of the home as it progresses. Outstanding.

I love the floor plan of my home and the design center was awesome helping me design my home. The sales staff was so wonderful to work with everyone was so helpful and nice to work with from the sales department to the loan department and the building supervisors all very nice to work with made my home buying experience so nice. We recently moved into our new home, and we couldn’t be happier. This is our first home and we are beyond happy with our overall experience with KBH. KBH team, were all so helpful and friendly in every step of the way. We would get weekly update calls and answer any questions we had which made the entire experience so smooth for us. We feel so blessed to have such kind, friendly, and caring people to work with. My family and I couldn't be happier in our beautiful new home.
