I love the house being the home of the future

This was our First Home and buying from KB was the Best Choice. Other floor plans we saw at other builders were huge homes with tiny rooms.... KB has open floor plans which was a no-brainer on why we choice KB without hesitation. The quality is phenomenal and the process was unforgettable. We have been living in our new home for a month now and still love it. Thank you KB for building our first and dream home!

We had a lot of issues with the house when we moved in, our Central air and heat did not work, we had electrical problems, paint clean up, exterior of the house was missing paint, just to name a few. But Gary our warranty guy made sure that we were taken care of right away and had all of these issues fixed. But we did expect the workmanship to be way better, to many unfinished details for a new built house.

The contract signing is too complicated.

All kB home reps were prompt and outstanding with issues that had came up. Reps really care about buyers. Would recommend to my family and friends. Thanks KB Home!! We love our new home!!
