We like KB Homes because they were built with quality and practical.

The floor plan is prefect for me. I have plenty of storage space. The plan function well for me. Minor issues that were resolved within a day.

Brought on new staff altogether to meet the demands of the buyers. We were very grateful by the end for the willingness of KB staff to go above and beyond to get things done right. I think people just need to understand that buying a brand new home is a more complex process than just buying an existing home. KB built Skyline community. We love it at first sight because of its site location and the quality of its homes, both inside and out. We love the Spanish style roof and stucco exterior. Highly recommended for any future potential home buyers. Go KB homes.

I was completely satisfied with the whole home buying experience with KB homes.

Overall great experience. Well, there were a few defects that were addressed within a month with excellent quality. So, great job there! That's why I'm totally satisfied with that. Though, the fence issue is something that a bit strange where part of my fence was changed AFTER I moved in and it cannot be addressed for about 2 months... That's the only strange thing

Great customer service they make you feel like family.

The whole buying experience was pleasant and all my questions were answered in a timely manner, my only complaint would be that the builders do not include irrigation hook ups for the back yard.

It was a great experience with KB team from the start to closing of our home. A good feel to see the building and working with every member of KB. However I felt we didn't get a fair treatment as regards payment and unnecessary charges at closing

I would refer KB to a friend or relative with the caveat that they must stay alert and involved during the whole process. If you don't understand something, speak up. There were several errors along the whole buying/building process. KB was responsive and corrected the issues after I noticed and mentioned the errors. Of note, I found a lack of transparent deadlines for making buyer decisions, with a then all of a sudden immediate need to finalize choices with a very short lead time. I had done my research early into the options I wanted (both within the KB design center and outside resources), and so I was thankfully prepared to make the choices. If I had not been ready, I could have been forced into making decisions that might have been mistakes. Buyers...stay involved in the process and speak up when something is not right.
