My home is well built with lots of energy saving features. It is a great floor plan with careful thought given to the amenities. The onsite realtor, Girlie, went out of her way to get me into my home in less than two weeks after viewing it. Chen, the customer service guy, has taken care of all the fixes that needed to be done, in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I have bought several new homes in the past and KB Homes have been the absolute best by far! They most certainly put the customer first.

My experience was wonderful! The team was so caring and knowledgeable during the entire process. I was treated like family. KB Homes are highly recommended for great quality homes at affordable prices.

Absolutely fell in love with our new home, but the staff make the whole process easy and enjoyable. KB homes staff has great customer service! If the staff member couldn't help you they got back to you promptly or they would guide you to someone who could best assist you. Everyone went above and beyond the scope of their position. After we purchased our home multiple staff members reached out to myself and my husband to make sure everything went well and offered their assistance with anything that might arise.
