my only advise would be prepare for the worst and be happy when its not so bad. i would consistently follow up with everything because there will be too many mistakes to count. the end product will not be that great and you will have to redo a lot of the work. DONT GET OPTIONS, get the bare bones basic because you will be disappointed, take that money you saved on options and have it done after the builders is finished

Once you sign the purchase agreement get ready for delays, broken promises and costly mistakes that will most likely delay your closing. We have been in our home a month and a half, had to leave for 5 days for them to do the repair work to the house at the end of October and still have not received reimbursement as promised. Their vendors do NOT wear masks so beware of that if you are at high risk for COVID. Our solar is still not set up and the HOA rep does not respond for weeks at a time.

My experience with KB homes has not been the greatest or happiest one. I have been in the house for 6 weeks and living “garage living” due to the massive issues I am experiencing. I believe KB is dealing with quantity and not quality as they used, this is my 4th KB home and I am not satisfied nor happy with the quality of their product. From bow walls, due to framers did not repaired marked spots and rushing to cover with dry walls, delivering a house with a serial issues that are continue to be repaired and I continue to accommodate their 3rd party contractors, losing work and hurting ...
