From the beginning to the end, KB Home has been a great experience from sales, to design, to building, to financing, to customer service. Everyone is committed to putting in 110%. I am happy we chose KB Home because I feel we chose a great community and we are very happy with our design options and house itself from our lot to the exterior and layout of the house. John was great as our mortgage consultant and available even after we closed for an issue. Eric was amazing at consistent communication with the progress of our home. We thought about meritage, Richmond American and lci but are so glad we went with kb!
