KB truly cares about their customers. From the sales people, to the design team and the construction crew, they all felt like family on our journey. They helped us in more ways than they will ever know. We are grateful for the opportunity to live in a KB Home. Our family feels safe and cared for. While we wanted a few more things customized, the ability to truly build your dream home with KB is well worth it!

Amanda in the sales team was excellent and made the buying process straightforward. Unfortunately, our experience changed significantly after we moved in. We purchased a model home and encountered several issues, including poorly installed curtain poles, a faulty water heater, and an HVAC system that was noisy due to an installation problem. The response from customer service was consistently disappointing. Too many concerns were dismissed with "it's not under warranty" simply because it was a model home, even when they appeared to be build quality or installation issues. Kyle was very responsive before closing but much less so afterwards, and getting support from the warranty team was frustrating. Communication was slow, follow-up was inconsistent, and we ultimately had to pay for major repairs ourselves, including replacing the *****. The workmanship itself wasn't bad overall, but the after-sales support and willingness to stand behind the home fell well below our expectations. From the beginning, I felt that KB listened to my concerns and made sure that I understood everything that was involved in the building of the new house. I felt extremely comfortable with the sales staff and the home design center personnel.

KB mortgage company closing costs outrageous. Poor workmanship, materials used were of inferior quality Team did assist with issues.

Overall the home buying process was pretty easy. I had been in the home now about 40 days. I do feel KB needs to hire better contractors who actually value their work rather than just slapping together a house. I have already had warranty out to address issues and they had to send 5 companies to fix the everything. Warranty has been very good and are quick to get things fixed which is nice. Overall I’m satisfied with the house.

I had an amazing experience w KB Farmlore From the sales dept, to construction to finance. To the showroom experience of picking out all my upgrades, everyone was amazing, friendly and very communicative during my purchasing experience. We love it

My home is great, but I have been having issues getting my furnace working properly. Hopefully this gets fixed soon before it starts snowing. Beautiful home, but it would be better with working heat.

The entire process went very smooth everyone was transparent and support along. We never get to experienced any issues our questions and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction.

The houses are great, and they are built with modern energy efficient techniques. This shows in the bills, The builder's customer support is always there to solve any issue. Prices are also affordable.
