Very hard to get in touch to have issues fixed with the house. Was told it was a two car garage but only fits one. Have not hear back for a couple months about fixing that issue and other issues with my house

Absolutely the worst home building experience I have ever had. Overpromised and underdelivered, untrustworthy and unresponsive staff, poor workmanship. I closed in May and still haven’t gotten to finished product.

A Lot of Promises, but Poor Attention to Detail

We had a relatively good experience selecting our lot and options for our home, but have been more and more disappointed as time has gone on. We had the pleasure of finding beer bottles left inside our home shortly before close. We were told that most likely workers drank them after completing their work despite the fact that KB has no cameras or verification to know when workers are drinking, and completely neglected the fact that there shouldn't be ANY alcohol on site. My main issue was when things went wrong, on more than one occasion, KB failed to escalate and get resolution. Would not recommend.
