My home is nice. So far warranty issues are taken care of in a satisfactory manor. But: I live 3 doors down and across the street from the Model Homes. I have Lived in this soon to be nice community and THE Walk IS NOT SHOVELED. Here is the Beauty of My side of the Street not Getting Shoveled. The Snow removal starts at the Model Homes and they will NOT SHOVEL THE HOUSES ACROSE THE STREET FROM THE MODEL HOMES?

We recently purchased a brand new KB home in Thornton! We could not be happier! Amanda and Stefan took such great care of us throughout the entire process! Come be our neighbor at Homestead Hills Villas!!!

KB Homes made it as easy as possible for us, there time schedules were on time and we were notified every week of the progress of the home while being built.

I purchased the Redwood home model that did not meet my expectations. What I saw at KB Home model, the master bedroom had a bay window and he porch was bigger. But based on the the elevation that was selected, the bay window was eliminated and the porch was was too small. I could not even fit any furniture on the porch. My sales agent Did Not communicate this information to me. This was a major disappointment to me. After moving in I noticed lots of mistakes on the home and sloppy work which took additional time for the workers to come out to fix.

I am over-the-top pleased with my home buying experience with KB Home. Their customer service is World Class. They truly care about the buyer and focus on service and quality. :)

So far the house is coming along fine. No major issues and KB answers within a reasonable time.

The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had. The weekly calls were so nice to have every step of the way from building to closing. We’d definitely build with KB again in the future but hoping to not move again.

The final product is decent but to get there you have to spend a lot of time walking the house and working with the superintendent to get things corrected. It takes multiple times requesting corrections before they happen. We walked the houses around us that were not being checked up on and the quality was pretty poor. As long as you can stay on top of the build, the final product is a good value for the money.

The hardest part of the entire experience was taking the trip to the sales office at The Villages at Prairie Center. Believing that we could make the happen was the toughest part. Then we walked in and met with the sales team. The rest kind of happened, very quickly. Seems like yesterday we walked in and today we are enjoying the home. We did not have a single question go unanswered. Not knowing the process is the hardest part of having a home built. KB Home made us very comfortable and at ease about the entire process. They kept us on schedule with our duties and they simply did what they do. I was more stressed about the sale of our old home and did not have time or energy to stress about anything else. Believe me when I say there was no stress on the building side. They were quick to respond to our questions and quick to make any changes that we threw their way. I would build another home with them without hesitation. My wife, with the help of the representatives at the Design Center was able to create the home that we love. Thanks again for everything ... Every staff members, from construction to sales and loan services, were extremely friendly, courteous, and respectful. Their professionalism and knowledge were very helpful.

Great job and what an easy process to buy a KBHome. It is definitely worth the money and great craftsmanship.

The process from start to finish and even now with warranty has been above average, my Superintenant Drake was unbelievable the quality of the workmanship was top notch and house was built on time, my sales agent Lindsay was awesome being that I was in Florida while house was under construction she would send me a updated picture every Friday without me asking which was so nice to see. Jamie In Waranty has been great to work with she has reached out to me a few times, I keep telling her that the quality was so great that there is no warranty needed. Even the other sales agent Michael in the model was awesome to talk to You so cool and very nice such a great team all of them. Also forgot to mention Jenna in design studio was super! Some of the finish work is a bit sloppy, nothing major put details that really should be done better. Very long response times for some warranty issues that should be very simple to resolve.

This is the second home we've purchased from KB Homes. The process has been greatly improved over the last several year, and it was already good enough that we had no qualms about going through it again.

KB has been incredible to work with. I absolutely appreciate all the hard work my builder OZ put into my house. The communication was great throughout the process. I would recommend KB in the future.

The KB staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely responsive. I loved working with everyone from the sales staff, to the design center, to the mortgage staff, to the construction team. Everyone was just fabulous to work with. The quality of work is fantastic. This was such a pleasant experience for me and my family. We love our new home! I highly recommend KB to anyone looking for a brand new home.

Great experience

The KB Homes team was all very good about communicating, which helped us to feel comfortable for what and when stuff would be done. We have been very happy with the experience.

Having lot of post closing issues and those are not addressed properly. No point of having 1 month check in of everything has to go through the product warranty.

Poor design, sloppy workmanship and insufficient equipment. Entire experience has been a case of ‘over promise and under deliver.’
