It's been almost two month I have no dryer the replacement they brought doesn't work. The hot water was working fine when we moved inn and it completely stopped working i was told they missed a part and they will fix it. It is still not fixed. I am now told to move out and get a hotel. All this with two kids. I am not even adding a whole wrong instalation of all the bars that is still not fixed and a shower glass not in place.....to say the least I didn't expect this from KB homes.

We closed on our house over 60 days ago and you still have not completed building it. Issues pointed out to the team months before we closed are still not resolved. Management lies and makes promises they have no intention of following through with.

I have been lied to - had products installed that didn't match - 11 months from the date i signed my contract and still have items on back order - the only quality control check points were the City Inspectors and the home buyer The good news is that the warranty service has been great so far. Be willing to spend countless days at home to meet the warranty service contractors

Very hard to get in touch to have issues fixed with the house. Was told it was a two car garage but only fits one. Have not hear back for a couple months about fixing that issue and other issues with my house

Poor design, sloppy workmanship and insufficient equipment. Entire experience has been a case of ‘over promise and under deliver.’

I’ve had a leaking roof in my starlight kb home in the Central Park area for 5 weeks!! KB has sent the same roofer out three times and they have still not fixed my roof. It actually seems to be getting worse. I’ve also had my dishwasher broken, my AC not working. I have a hole in my siding and holes in the flashing of my outside fireplace that let mice get into my walls, and they scratch behind my daughters headboard in her bedroom. Nobody’s come out to seal the hole or the flashing or make sure that the mice are out of my walls. I’ve had a pond in my front yard from the neighbors sump pump, ...

I am a second time KB homeowner. This experience has been HORRIBLE. I have encountered multiple issues that were pointed out several weeks prior to closing. The issues pointed out, poor craftsmanship, wrong appliances installed, defective carpet installation, wrong size vanity for second bathroom, drywall application and upgraded painting application were all horrendous. I purchased a new home that should have the upgrades and appropriate workmanship I paid for. This is the biggest purchase I have ever made and has resulted in the biggest disappointment.

There is a consistent lack of quality in both the materials used and the workmanship that went into the construction of this house . And trying to get the most basic items fixed has been a disaster. Again, they have over promised and under delivered.

My previous review detailing my displeasure with our home was rejected for “legally sensitive content,” without specifying what (if any) it applies to, so unfortunately maybe this is generic enough: KB Homes representatives often paid little attention to detail, communicated poorly, did subpar work, and doesn’t ensure that alcohol isn’t present at construction sites.

My main issue was when things went wrong, on more than one occasion, KB failed to escalate and get resolution. Would not recommend.

I closed on the house in June and there have been so many issues. The week after I closed they wiped out all of my property on the left side of my house. My A/C had to be braced into my siding and propped on 2 x4's to provide additional support. The A/C lines were damaged and leaking, the house siding and foundation had chunks removed by the bulldozer and the window wells were knocked loose. They had to re compact my soil, which they did after my landscaping had already been replaced. I am still waiting on the siding repairs. Due to the inconvenience, I was told by the VP they would pay ...
