We have been in our house for about 3 months and have learned the speed with which they build translates into countless misses. And if you don't get them fixed before you close, good luck getting traction afterward. In 3 short months, we already have failing caulk (they don't fix caulk) an upgraded railing that has a large gap underneath (they won't fix it) and has had to be refinished once and still doesn't look good, subfloor glue all throughout my basement floor that they never removed, crooked drawers in the kitchen, numerous paint mismatches from the numerous "touch ups"that have occurred, and many more. From our first visit with a sales person through every step forward to moving in and through the warranty experience has been amazing! Each person we have interacted with has been very focused on helping us and doing everything possible to ensure we were happy with our purchase - and we are!

Overall, we had a good experience with KB Home. The issues we ran into were their attention to detail and execution of the final product. Many things were not followed up on, and left to be finished when we did our walk throughs. Kyle (construction) was the best one to work with, because he actually came back to address everything and is a nice person to work with. Emma in sales is tremendous and I would recommend working with her any time.

This experience of bying a new home was seamless, Marianne KB sales rep, listened to what we said, addressed or knew who to ask to get our issues resolved, kept us informed throughout the process.

The entire team—Sales, Construction Manager, and Customer Service Representative—were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone was extremely detail-oriented and eager to resolve any issue we encountered, no matter the size, without hesitation. The KB home buying process sets a standard that all other home builders should aspire to achieve.

Slow to get things repaired correctly

Sam, John, Jayson, and Erik were fantastic. They made my homebuying experience great and a pleasure. Definitely would buy another KB Home.

Like the house like the area, getting some of the repairs done is really frustrating as tradesmen don't show or follow thru.

Sales associate Cheryl was friendly and keep us inform through out the buying process. Construction superintendent Santiago always taking care of informing us about the construction process and taking care of any issues with the house. The KB team when above and beyond to keep us inform and happy during the entire buying experience. Excellent customer service

This was a great home buying experience. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable from sales to construction to mortgage.

Theresa was amazing, always available, even on unannounced visits. She was such an excellent salesman and truly cared to make sure we had the best home buying experience. John was great as our mortgage consultant and available even after we closed for an issue. Eric was amazing at consistent communication with the progress of our home. We thought about meritage, Richmond American and lci but are so glad we went with kb!

My realtor said that Eric was the best Superintendent he's worked with and he's been a real estate agent for several years!

Record all conversations and take pictures/videos of all stages of construction. Do not close and give them your money until everything is fully completed, including touch ups, repairs and replacements.

This is my first home, and the home buying process was very stressful. The builders at KB Homes have been wonderful and responsive. Huge thank you to Santiago, Jacob, and Victor for going above and beyond to make sure all items on my blue tape list were addressed prior to move in. The house has been wonderful so far.

From working with Cheryl through the contracting and closing, Mallory on the design and Santiago through the build, I enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend the KB team to anyone.

Chris Loan office was so good, when we got lost at closing and called him, it turns out we went to his building and he came down the floor we were on and helped us locate the Title company. He also helped make sure everything got processed quickly. Jayson was very helpful as well. Builder Santiago made visit to our house to answer all my questions and point out some things that are always good to know. Thanks KB homes Team for a great experience in buying our first New Home!!
