I like KB home , the reason that , from the beginning to the end, they communicated with me by phone and email ever step , when they build my house. The entire house is beautiful. The only thing I do not like is from the outside when I look at it . All of the house have different designs that may decrease the house value until you get in the house it self to see the inner beauty.

“Let see what they have” is the word we spoke to each other before we walked in to the model home. And from the point, all the sell representative, engineers, designers and mortgage processor from KB home are there to help you along the way. Of course there is some homework to do from our part. But once we get all the numbers right, the whole process of home buying for KB is pretty smooth sailing from our experience. Try to establish good communication with KB team and every thing is taken care of in due time. I believe that the Key !!

Kb is very good company. they have very excellent customer service, they know how to handle customer very friendly professional from the sales to the mortgage officer. I really recommend my friends , my family and other people stick with KB .

Everything’s good, happy w the purchase

Great experience, would recommend to anybody looking for an affordable new build.

Positive over all. Some finish ups (spots of paints on the laminate floors, doors were a little sub-standard). However, everything else is great. Cody, the sales person, goes above and beyond to answer all my questions in a timely manner! Both Erik's were great - when completing the walk throughs.

Responsive, great value for money

We had a wonderful experience buying our KB home. The design was luxurious and just right for us. We chose an 1885 paired home with large windows, an island counter, a large primary bedroom and bath, spacious hallways, upstairs laundry, and more. Cody helped with the decision and Eric did an outstanding job supervising the build. We are completely happy with our dream home and design choices.

The new home was ready when promised, the workmanship is solid, the sales and customer service are top notch.

This is our 2nd KB Home. We bought from the same salesperson who is amazing. The design team was awesome, and the rest of the team does a very nice job.

Bryan arrived when he said he would for the 30 day check in. He listened to all of our needs and scheduled repairs in a timely manner. Bryan is knowledgeable about the process and wants to make everything right for the customer. Extremely satisfied!

Cheryl, Mark and Brady were wonderful about keeping me informed of the process. Due to interest rates rising, I locked my rate a little earlier than I probably should have. Knowing I was coming up on the deadline they went the extra mile to get me closed just in time. I would absolutely buy another KB Home and have shared my experience with many.
