During the construction phase, we would get weekly status update calls which gave us a lot of comfort and confidence to know the progress of the house. The staff from all departments have been super friendly, helpful and responsive. They also did not have much of a delay for the closing of our house this year in 2022 when global supply chain is having many issues. Overall, we're very happy about KB home and would highly recommend it to anybody.

This is my second KB Home and only my second home in 21 years. GREAT homes!

From start to finish KB kept me informed with a weekly call from Gregory, Kevin, and Santiago. After the closing the information and contact still continued. All the KB people were there to help with any repairs or any concerns. Santiago was especially helpful. For example, my new microwave was damaged and did not work. He coordinated a replacement in a timely manner. He has been so helpful. I would recommend KB homes to anyone.

Responsiveness was amazing and would definitely recommend. I have built 3 other homes and kb made it easy.

We bought as a short sale and were left guessing/being surprised throughout the build from the hole in the ground onward (7 months). While the sales team did try to, the design center was never able to support us viewing the materials in person or review selections made by the original buyers. This did not allow us to advocate for anything along the way and kept us on edge the whole build as we were not allowed to make changes to the original design.

Honestly, the customer service was by FAR better than all the other builders in our new development. I liked some of the other builders homes, but when I met the staff at KB, I felt trust, communication, personality, good service all around. Great job! Sold!!

My experience with KB HOMES was phenomenal. As a newly divorced later-in-life female I approached this journey with great trepidation. In retrospect ... I had nothing to fear. All my expectations were exceeded in terms of craftsmanship and communication. Everyone from A to Z took such exceptional care of me. I cannot say enough positive things. Rather than 5 stars I wish "infinity" stars was an option.
