Truly a wonderful experience from purchase to move in. Everyone who was a part of our journey was patient, kind and wanted to go above our expectations.

From the sales staff to the design studio, even to the workers on site, everyone has been very attentive on providing the best home for us. If we had any issue arise, it was taken care of promptly. I cannot recommend the KB team highly enough.

There is a reason KB home is rated so highly. Any new build is going to have some issues to overcome, but KB always communicated well and kept us informed every step of the way. Our home is very quiet and I love the finished we were able to pick out at the studio.

There are many home builders in Colorado and we chose KB as the best value for the money in terms of floor plans, quality of construction, price and location. The 2x6 walls have already helped with cooling costs and we are looking forward to lower heating costs this winter. The staffing from sales to design to the site work were wonderful to work with. Service after the sale has been outstanding also. Having worked in new construction for over 25 years, KB met our expectations despite the pandemic condtions and winter weather.

We moved into our new home quickly.We were on a time crunch and KB got our closing done very quickly. The few minor issues we have had have been taken care of quickly and correctly.
