Kind of Disappointed with the warranty process.

They were all 3 very communiticive and on top of everything. Very prompt to respond when questions were asked.

Reggie,Chris and Mitch were available most times when i called or cslled later that day.

Mostly a positive experience. The doorknob in a bathroom has not been replaced in 2 months. Unfortunately, too, all during the summer, the swimming pool was unusable due to problems. It should have been fixed.

The sales, design and construction teams did a great job and were very helpful throughout the process. Kris, Reggie and Debra are awesome at what they do. Two months after moving in, they continue to help us out any chance they get. However, KB's loan division was very unprofessional and a pain to deal with. Being forced to apply for a loan with them as a part of the homebuying process (whether or not you plan to use them) is a downside. After hearing about our neighbor's poor experience with them, we're so glad we decided to use our own lender.

The experience was wonderful throughout. We have a few issues that need to be resolved, but overall a good experience.

From sales staff to our construction superintendent to the design center - every experience was delightful. I always felt informed with exactly where our house was at in terms of status. It was a very collaborative and supportive process. We recommend anyone looking for a new build to find a KB home!

We are first time homebuyers, and we just happened upon the Centerra neighborhood. The KB sales rep at the office was warm, welcoming, kind, and informative. He wasn’t pushy and just wanted us to find the perfect house. Our loan officer was awesome too. He lead us step by step through the process answering all of our questions. Our construction superintendent was AMAZING! He kept in contact with us once a week and answered all of our questions. Watching our home progress week by week was just awesome. Our home came out perfect for us. We love it. And, bonus, we got some really cool neighbors.

Our construction team went out of their way to make this experience a first-class act. The follow-up and responsiveness to our individual needs was so very appreciated.

The price is great but what we get for the base price are things 10 years old in fashion and technology. I hope we had upgrade options that was not priced so high. Also the house is very loud, some thought should have gone into sound proofing the baths or floorboards.

The overall experience of Buying a KB home was very smooth from start to finish. We did the financing and even got the homeowners insurance through KB home simply because they have such well integrated systems. We are really excited to have such a well built home for the value.

I feel KPH Holmes builds a good home, But their responsisiness to the customer is poor, They pulled back a $2000 offer at the sales office, And refused then negotiate anything for a better deck, I ended up with a tiny deck.. Very poor customer satisfaction at the management level.. I would not recommend kbh homes the anyone else.

A lot of the workmanship of the home was crooked or off-center when it came to the construction crew. Overall, great for the price! Love the area we chose and couldn’t have asked for more. I enjoyed working with KB home representatives as well because they were always friendly and responsive!

We were very pleased with KB Homes from the sales, service, construction and communication. Would recommend KB to anyone looking to buy a new home from an honest and trustworthy company.

KB Homes has created and been an overall great experience for my husband and I as first time home buyers!

Overall just another large builder that slaps things together. Not much attention to the details, which build on each other, and the finish product reflects that. A common statement is 'you won't notice once blind/pictures/etc are installed'... that's covering up shotty work, which should have just been done correctly to start with. Wouldn't go with same builder again.
