Thanks to KB, I was able to get the home I wanted, at the price I wanted, in my dream location at the beach. I would have never been able to afford this home by purchasing a beach lot and working with a custom builder, but thanks to KB's affordability and great work, I'm living my dream life at the beach. The quality of work has been great, the issues I had were minor and to be expected on new construction. My superintendent (Matt) is so quick to respond and always makes sure anything I come across is taken care of very quickly.

As a first time home owner, I am extremely happy that i choose KB Homes, from the sales agents to the contractors, I had nothing but the best experience. Will buy again from then in a heartbeat.

Delay in move in was problematic

Stacy kept me updated on all aspects of the build and any issues she ran into.

The experience has been stellar. The buying experience was the best. The craftsmanship of some of the build could be better. But that’s to be expected with such a fast growing community. All in all our issues are being taken care of by Anthony, and our Sales rep Kathy was awesome. So far loving it.

These guys really go the extra mile for you as a customer/homeowner. I gave only 4 out of five stars on "Quality" because of the items we listed on our pre-closing walkthrough - like some paint, grouting, things like that. Speaks to quality of workmanship (and supervision?) moreso than materials

Nice House. Repairs Are Getting Done In A Timley Matter.

Timely build, overall nice community in a great location for the price.

The KBHome team of people at our community were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. The team was and continues to be thoroughly and so responsive to our needs.

Overall, a pretty good experience. The Design Studio was great. Sonia helped us design a beautiful home. The ability to choose so many options isn't what I expected and the price point for upgrading is very reasonable. This makes each home unique. I do feel that some of the contractors aren't as detailed as others, but the Construction Manager tightens up any concerns promptly and follows up appropriately.

You will receive excellent customer service from both the on-site builder; and the sales team.

Wonderful experience from sales to the mortgage process and final construction. Everyone at KB was outstanding!

Kept us up to date on progress of the build

Great people and wonderful to work with. We enjoyed the whole process very much. It was a real pleasure to plan our next adventure in Palm Coast.

Nice house, great after sales service

The build process was pretty good. However, getting things truly finalized has been challenging. Little issues that we all knew needed to be fixed or corrected have taken a really long time to complete and communication on progress and status of those issues has been slow.

KB tries to make sure your very happy with your purchase. Overall the house is solid but some attention to details would make it even better.

We feel like we are on a vacation everyday living here!

KB has and still is delivering the home they promised to build us. We’re still in the beginning stage of ownership with them but their sales team and building manager are continuing to fulfill promised items and tasks. They are both readily available to assist with issues discovered after closing unlike so many other builders. We feel they truly want us to be completely satisfied. They have limitations due to materials/workers and have not made any false promises. We value their honesty.

Zack and Stacy did a great job helping us all along the way.

Well Thad Kathy Anthony were exceptional. House buying was great. House issues are still getting fixed but they’re always on it. I’m happy with everything. They have done a good job taking care of me with my house issues. Thank you all.

The staff has great communication. And respond quickly to your issues. But th only bad note was the workers that were sent to repair/ fix the issues. Some had bad attitudes & some workers show no pride in there work & leave a mess.
