Home had some issues when we closed but they took care of me fast and fix everything. I am very satisfied with my house and would definitely recommend KB to the people I know.

My entire team was helpful in ensuring I was ready to move into my home in a timely manner. From start to finish my questions were answered quickly. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable which increased my level of comfort and trust while working with the KB Home staff/team.

My experience was that they had great communication with me, on where the home was at each stage of the build.

Great process covid was a big deal but they push through and got it done great experience I’m satisfied

I loved that I was kept up to date with everything and every step. I have always gotten quick responses on any questions I have had.

The house was built in a timely manner and any repairs that were needed have been completed in a quick time frame. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

We've built three homes with KB and each experience was different. If your community has an awesome build superintendent then the home is built with a lot of care and attention to detail. You will have no issues post-build to deal with and you will have a home that you will be happy to live in for years. If your superintendent is lazy or uncaring then your home will have many issues you will deal with for sometimes years. So find a KB community with a solid build superintendent and you will love KB and the home they build for you.

Overall I am happy with the house except the road noise that can be heard very loudly from my bedroom. The windows needed to be soundproof. Otherwise Bill (the superintendent) has been exceptional with everything we have needed or with our concerns.

Kb was easy to work with and our team of people always kept us up to date.

I can't say enough about my new KB Townhome. It's centrally located, offers a beautiful design aesthetic and thrilled that my equity is growing!! KB staff are excellent, friendly and down to earth.

I highly recommend KB Homes to anyone considering purchasing a home. Naz and Brian were our 2 main contacts and they both did a great job getting us in the house built to our specifications on time as promised.

Long story short, the KBHomes staff were really great on every section of the buying purpose.

Had a great experience, professional, responsive, we had a few minor issues after we moved in, but we made the Superintendent Tyler aware, he personally visited our home and took care of it. It’s all resolved now. I would recommend KBHomes

Very timely. The KB design center was excellent. Building superintendent was excellent.

I think KB could use some updates with the kitchen appliances that they choose as well as updating the kitchen counter tops to give everything a more modern look, quality door knobs is a must!

My husband and I bought our first home with KB Home and it turned out better than we expected. Alexandria from the Home studio was very patient with us and allowed us to take our time and picking out the designs. Jayson did most of our financial information and explained/even extended himself to explain things. My one critique with the financing department is for them to allow buyers more time i.e a week at least to lock in rates or any other important decisions when purchasing a home, I did not appreciate being rushed into a decision. Lastly our super Joe, overall Joe did a very good job with his knowledge on the materials/making of the home. I can’t fully put this on Joe but we did feel rushed to closing even though it was quite a few important things not completely done with our home. We still have exterior items needing to be fixed and have not heard of an ETA on those fixings. Another thing I would like to add which really disappointed us, is the day we closed on our home the keys given to us by Joe to our house did not work. We planned on moving into the home the very next day and not being able to get into the home the night prior or not receiving any response after hours was disappointing. getting discrepancies fixed in a timely manner would be the only thing that would make this experience most excellent. we've been in property 40 days, still waiting for thing to get finished.
