Over all everything has been good

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - NAZ is responsive until we completed our sale but KBHOME credits were not given as expected and upon checking lookslike policies were changed after initiated our talk so we thought like KB HOME should have stick to their words regarding the closing credit. LOAN ORIGINATOR - DERRICK is helpful and provides us required details upon checking with him whenever needed. Construction Manager - Always responsive and provides us the updates quickly

Everything was great and Madison was awesome.

Overall experience was painless because we paid cash and didn’t go through the process of mortgage application. Although there are issues with new home construction, major or minor, we expect it will be resolved in due time. Some issues were resolved quickly which we appreciate. KB personnel we dealt with, were quick to update, and responded with ease . I commend KB with their professionalism and knowledgeable experience. Thank you, KB Homes!

KB Homes kept in contact with us throughout the entire build. Considering we lived 3 hours away, we were able to get weekly updates as our home was being built. From sales to design studio to closing on our new home has been a great experience.

Moved into a new house. Loving it. Best part is the warranty. Issue occurs right? But the Superintendents made my life happy. Quick fix of any issues ,,,,not many but amazing customer service by these guys.....(FYI-Sales person is not getting this rating,,dont want to talk about him)

From start to finish, this was a stress free experience. The KB Home staff at Orchard Park exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Marianna's constant communication and responsiveness was very much appreciated. I knew exactly what was going on with my new home and the process every day. Likewise, Ty got involved when closing time approached and worked with Marianna to keep me updated on every detail. The final inspection was better than expected with only a very small punch list of incomplete items. Ty had almost all of those completed within one day. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention how well the KB Home finance team worked to help me secure the loan. Jayson and Suzette were so professional. Home had some issues when we closed but they took care of me fast and fix everything. I am very satisfied with my house and would definitely recommend KB to the people I know.

The house was built in a timely manner and any repairs that were needed have been completed in a quick time frame. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

Love the space and design of my home

Had a great experience, professional, responsive, we had a few minor issues after we moved in, but we made the Superintendent Tyler aware, he personally visited our home and took care of it. It’s all resolved now. I would recommend KBHomes

Very timely. The KB design center was excellent. Building superintendent was excellent.

Everything went well with a few hiccups along the way. We are settling in and getting the hiccups worked out. Still need a few things done. Very disappointed in the landscaping. Small ailing plants. Definitely C grade. A lot of dead grass. They came back and took out a lot of it but simply didn’t finish. Now we have several large areas with no grass. I will call super about it soon.

The KB home I purchased was found by my broker after two weeks of searching for a home, and I was concerned that I wouldn't find the right home for my family. But once we were shown our home, I was ready to buy it. It was beautiful, well-presented, and the sales staff was excellent. I had a water leak after moving in that caused some damage, but KB was fast and helpful as they took care of everything and made it even better than it was before. I highly recommend KB as your builder.
