getting discrepancies fixed in a timely manner would be the only thing that would make this experience most excellent. we've been in property 40 days, still waiting for thing to get finished.

Communication was horrible when it came to updates or just anything in general. I had to ask what was going on or if anything had changed. It got to the point where I took the initiative and checked on my own with the permits, construction, etc. I love my home but the experience could have been a lot better. Not to mention my home was delayed for over 30 days because of the first superintendent leaving and nobody gave notice to the homeowners about it.

I think KB could use some updates with the kitchen appliances that they choose as well as updating the kitchen counter tops to give everything a more modern look, quality door knobs is a must!

Happy with the KB Home. Many unfinished issues that are taking a long time to get done. KB selling rep. was great. The house is very comfortable, the layout is very functional. The neighborhood is very good.

KB Home builds a beautiful home. Because they are not using there normal contractors our home has a lot of issues that still haven't been resolved. In the final phase of our home before we moved in, they didn't take the time to pay attention to the details of completing our home correctly.

Writing reviews is a good thing. But when you move into a new home and things are not right. I'm not a happy home owner. Too many problems in this home and nothing has been done about the problems I'm having. I need someone visit my home to see and understand why I'm not a happy homeowner and should be.

I like my KB townhome a great deal and find that the building is high quality and the supervisor is extremely helpful as I transition through the buying, moving and living process. I am extremely disappointed in KB home loan who sold the loan within two weeks and the Second lending institution sold the loan again. Two months living here and three banks. It’s outrageous that customers have to go through the inconvenience of chasing banks to pay their mortgage. This needs to be rethought and changed to focus on the Customer/buyer experience and not the money grab that comes with the continuous selling of mortgage loans. I'm very happy with the house however after living there for a month we've got some issues with house. Heating is not working, nails protruding on the carpet and problem with bathroom door

I would definitely recommend going with KB! The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. When we had a couple of things that needed touched up, they came and took care of it right away. I love my new home!

Check everything before you move in walls, floors ceilings and diagram. For the most they were pretty fast to come fix the items that were wrong.

Overall I am happy with my home and any issues I’ve had, Cody has been awesome in resolving everything.

We had a great experience with Justin as far as building was concerned. He was quick to answer any questions and address any issues. I would recommend him to anyone looking to build a home!

KB really needs to do a review of the landscaping subcontractors. Too many weeds in the sod, sod placed with gaps in between. It will eventually grow together, but will take a couple of growing seasons. Each home is elevated, which is good in case of flooding, but leaves a water-logged trench between the homes, after a heavy rain, which takes days to dry out due to sunlight only hitting the areas for a short time due to the zero-lot-line layout of the development. So far, I am very happy with the construction of the house.

Be sure and hire an inspector before signing.
