KB did an excellent job throughout the entire process from start to finish. All employees displayed good customer service and professionalism.

Everyone in each department has responded in a timely manner when I had questions and concerns.

Excellent buying experience with Scott. Great home design. Construction managers were responsive to any issues discovered since moving in.

Had a plumbing issue within the first day after closing, my home was not complete before the move on. Surround sound wasn’t installed or the screened in patio. Issues were resolved quickly. The house overall is beautiful and nicely built once the issues were addressed and fixed.

The quality of workmanship was definitely lacking. It was obvious that the drywall and paint teams took no pride in what they were doing. I’ve had them back twice as they had to fix one of their repairs. I’m still finding spots they missed.

Important to be fully engaged in the production process. Pay attention to details and take proper notes: who, when, where, and why. Especially the pre-walk-thru, and final walk-thru before closing. Punch list completion after closing is onerous, some issues still open six (6) weeks after closing.

Make sure the house meets your expectation before sign ready move in and closing. Don't trust whatever superintendent promise. He will forget when step to your home door.

Over all, I would recommend KB builder to everyone.

More options paint an bathroom option

Kb homes warranty is great. The only issue are the 3rd party companies they use to fix problems can take awhile to get done. Marco electric didnt show up twice when scheduled.

House buying during a pandemic was a bit trying. Kb did a good job in a tough situation.

Had some issues with not getting the proper appliances that we ordered the length of time to get that situation fixed was a little frustrating. But overall it was a good experience

Variety of floor plans.

There were some issues with thr electrical. We had things wired so we could install lights and it took 4 hours to put up 4 coach lights because of poor workmanship. We have been in thr house for 4 weeks now and I not sure what else we will find as we go.

Overall, I am happy with my new home. I did a few upgrades after closing which for the price of the home should have been included since I bought their highest priced house.

Overall our new home is beautiful. But we have a few quality issues from drywall, paint, plumbing, shower tile inadequate tile/ grout installation, internet cable that was installed is not compatible with provider and floor foundation / garage floor cracks. The issue are slowly being resolved. We have been told many times the floor concrete cracks are common in Florida. This is new to me. Moving from Virginia, we have not experience this problem. Even though the house is new, we did have a home inspection prior to closing. I would recommend this to future home buyers. Handoff delays , takes about 45 days to fix any issues reported during close.

Overall a good experience just felt some things was rushed and not fully finished correctly and when you have the 10 days and find your issues they should make it a priority to get them corrected
