Had some issues with not getting the proper appliances that we ordered the length of time to get that situation fixed was a little frustrating. But overall it was a good experience

At the pooring of the cement I realized they were building the wrong house. When I told the sales person. He took me to the Model the Kingsley to show me it was the right model only FLIPPED!!! WHAT PART OF I WANT MY HOUSE TO LOOK JUST LIKE THIS!!! His reply was "No two houses look the same and does it really Matter? YES IT DOES. 2) The kitchen was smaller. I asked for the gourment Kitchen the sales person didn't know KBHome offered it. If he had he should of told me the kitchen would be smoller. Then he asked me if I wanted a 10 or 12 foot ceiling I said 10 thniking the celing was going to look the same as the model. I said I wanted my house to look exactly like the model. THIS WAS MY DREAM HOME THE HOME I WAS GOING TO SPEND THE BETTER TIME OF MY LIFE IN AND KBHOME TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THE WRONG THINGS. THEY BLAMED ME FOR INITALING THE SHOWROOM PRINTOUT WITH THE FLOOR PLAN ON IT. HAD I KNOWN THE FLOOR PLAN WAS DIFFERENT I WOULD HAVE QUESTION IT. I WAS THERE TO PICK OUT UP GRADES NOT TO SEE IF THEY CHANGED THE FLOOR PLAN. KBHOME TOOK NO RESPONSILBILITY. THEY MADE ME BUY THE HOME SAYING I WOULD MAKE MORE MONEY SELLING IT. THAT WASN'T THE POINT. I DIDN'T HAVE MY HOME BUILD TO TURN AROUND A SELL IT. NOW I AM HOMELESS AND LIVING WITH MY DAUGHTER UNTIL I FIND A NEW HOME IN TN. I AM DISABLE ON SSD AND A SMAILL RETIREMENT. THE CDD CHARGES ARE OUTRAGOUS. I WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY IT COMES OUT OF MY TAXES. IT WOULD HAVE BOUGHT MY TAXES OVER 5,000.00 A YEAR NOT INCLUDING HOA FEE'S. THEY SAY THEY WANT THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY. We've built three homes with KB and each experience was different. If your community has an awesome build superintendent then the home is built with a lot of care and attention to detail. You will have no issues post-build to deal with and you will have a home that you will be happy to live in for years. If your superintendent is lazy or uncaring then your home will have many issues you will deal with for sometimes years. So find a KB community with a solid build superintendent and you will love KB and the home they build for you.

Very smooth process throughout. Everyone involved was very pleasant to work with.

Any follow up work that has been needed has yet to be followed up on and I’m well past my 30 days.

Do your research first, get a realtor lawyer to review your contract and offers, visit your construction site every week, stay on top of construction.

Great team-Rob in sales, Fidel on construction, Chris and Sean on the loan side. The house turned out even better than we imagined !

Everyone in each department has responded in a timely manner when I had questions and concerns.

Overall I am happy with the house except the road noise that can be heard very loudly from my bedroom. The windows needed to be soundproof. Otherwise Bill (the superintendent) has been exceptional with everything we have needed or with our concerns.

Fair and trying hard to get work completed or repaired, He is working with all kinds of subcontractors that may or may not do quality work and he does address it. These things are being corrected as promised.

Excellent buying experience with Scott. Great home design. Construction managers were responsive to any issues discovered since moving in.

Kb was easy to work with and our team of people always kept us up to date.

From touring the model to final inspection the process was smooth for this first time buyer. Each step was explained with patience. The design center experience was exciting and fun. I am thrilled with my new home.

I can't say enough about my new KB Townhome. It's centrally located, offers a beautiful design aesthetic and thrilled that my equity is growing!! KB staff are excellent, friendly and down to earth.

KB offers very appealing layouts and upgrades. Without going crazy on upgrades, I selected just the right amount to really create a beautiful home that I love. There have been issues that I’ve run into with the building of the house. Everyone at KB seems very responsive with taking care of what needs to be done, but I do have to constantly check in for everything to get done. I wish that there was a more organized way for KB to take care of their home buyers. I’m a single mother to 2 kids. Raising and taking care of them is my priority. I shouldn’t have to worry about remembering every little issue that I bring up to KB to ensure it’s completion. We were amazed by the time and effort put into helping us make our home our own. The selections are amazing and plentiful. Even with COVID they were able to timely plan with us and provide ample time to get selections down.

The electric bill is really low for a 2 level home. First month was around 75!

I highly recommend KB Homes to anyone considering purchasing a home. Naz and Brian were our 2 main contacts and they both did a great job getting us in the house built to our specifications on time as promised.
