KB Home Reviews in Jacksonville St. Augustine, FL

The sales staff and mortgage team CP and Cindy were awesome! Johnathan the construction super was very attentive and fast in responding. I have no issues with the Magnolia Grove jax KB team. I would say my issue is with the quality of the sheet rock and flooring construction sub contractors . They did not pay attention to details. Be sure to watch their work. Be sure that floors, walls, and windows are level and square- as ours was not. We have crooked and uneven walls windows floors and ceiling. Apart from the cosmetics, the house seems to be sturdy. The exterior looks perfect. I cannot complain about the design or construction of the outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars to responsiveness is because I used the KB 800 number to resolve warranty issues. They are pretty much useless. The KB construction super (Johnathan) deserves 10 stars for his fast response being to sole person responsible for rectifying our issues. The KB team we worked with were and are 100% trust worthy. Also 10 stars to KB sub contractors NWP plumbing for fast reaponding. ... More

Had a great experience buying and building our home with kb at logan pointe in jacksonville

The construction was good, the house looks great. Some very small details needed to be fixed but they are working on it... Everything good.

The home building process was fun, timely, and professional. Any questions I had along the way were answered quickly and confidently. Any initial repairs were also handled in a timely and friendly way as well.

KB Home was wonderful to work with in all areas of the buying experience. From starting with our wonderful sales person, Lucy, to the Design Center with Kristina (so much fun picking from all of the beautiful options) to working with our fantastic Superintendent, Justin! Everyone made sure all of our expectations were met and we were completely happy with our new home!

Excellent

The entire team was very helpful in securing the home as well as the home loan and insurance. Sales staff was very informative, the builder answered all my questions and whenever there was anything that needed attention, it was takes care of in a timely manner.

The team at KB Home are well trained and easy to interact with. Always willing to assist or office guidance with any questions asked of them.

All work was expedited in a timely fashion, anything I needed after the sale was fixed with the Help of Will in Castine Cove.

Great

The KB superintendent Fidel was great! He was super responsive and took care of any issues very quickly. I would buy another KB home again as long as I could have Fidel as my point of contact!

Great job by KB Homes. We’ve built several homes in the past, and this was by far the easiest transaction ever

My husband and I are first time homeowners and the entire process from start to finish was seamless and a great experience.

Amazing home!! Great people

Home layout is great and just the right size. Neighborhood is small and quiet. Rob was a fantastic salesman to work with. Extremely helpful in finding funding and working through issues. Logan and Tyler have been great supers to respond to questions and issues.

exceptional superintendent....

From the beginning of the process of sitting down with the KB salesman to picking out the items we wanted in our home to the building, financing and finally moving in the process went smoothly. KB's finance Department was very helpful and friendly and professional, it was a pleasure working with them. The construction crew gave me weekly updates and actually where able to move up our closing date due to our needs and still were able to meet expectations of a nicely built home.

So happy everything was on time and just happy to be in our forever home.
