Our experience was rocky at first, partly because we had so many bad experiences before KB. We had shaky expectations to purchasing a new construction home. The entire process was not easy but well worth it. There were some things that happened along the way that may have been out of the control of many but we were made to feel that everything would work out and it did. Thanks for our new home!!

We recently bought a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome with KB Homes at Orchard Park. Great experience. The builders Ty and Derrick regularly provided construction updates with pics. Appreciate them for that and for taking care of few minor fixes that we noticed post closing.

My superintendent, Stacy, is really good at communication and organization. She kept up with every phase of the building process and communicated it to me. Every Friday, she contacted me with text messages and pictures of the progress made that week. Even though I was out of state, I felt like I was there seeing each phase. In addition, Stacy would call me to explain items or to answer my questions. She is really responsive to buyers. Spencer was also so helpful. Again, I purchased this home seeing it once during the building process. Therefore, I had many questions for Spencer. He always answered my questions courteously and in a timely manner, even when he had to resend data and pictures. From tour to move my experience has been great. The sales consultant explained everything and answered my millions of questions. The loan dept explained things in layman terms when clarifying terms. The construction team was fantastic from Walkthrough to having items completed. All outstanding items that were under their control were fixed in a timely manner and they followed on everything. I looked at homes with different builders and kept coming back to KB. I am truly happy with my experience

My experience was great the only issue was the lady at front desk didn’t explained us exactly the upgrades in the house, specially in the bathroom options she just decide for us and submit our order before ask or go through every single thing. We want the second bathroom with 2 sinks she put only one, when we realized was too late to change it. Also master bathroom we wanted it with no bathtub we want the slide doors, but they submitted the order as they thought was good for us. Other than that everything was great is a beautiful house and we are happy. I only recommend to be informed of all the options you have to build your house, there is many upgrades and options not upgrades too. ... More

Great company and very good job

Can't say anything bad about our experience- It's been great! Ty and Adam were so attentive to our questions and truly made the process of home buying so easy. Even after move in Ty has addressed even the smallest concerns quickly and smoothly.

My experience with KB was great!! I have bought many new homes. But from the sales agent, to the loan officer and staff, to the builder Brandon and his team, the best experience I have had.

I looked at numerous properties before building with KB. I was able to exactly what i wanted and needed. Staff communicated during the building process. Even better.... the price was locked in when i signed. Transparency was wonderful and no unwanted surprises.
