The staff has great patience and if I had any issues or concerns they were resolved through proper chain of command. I got great sq ft. for my home in regards to comparison on pricing with other home building companies. The community is quiet and I was pleased with the color selections of the home. The a la cart process which allows unique personal design. The loan department explained in great detail how the process worked (First time home owner). The salesperson contacted throughout the whole process and after closing. The contractors/superintendents took time ensure the home was built properly and timely during the time of Covid-19 (closed on 4/17/2020). ... More

Tyler was awesome and helped fix our dishwasher and shower heads.

All aspects of the purchase process met my expectations from sales, display studio to construction and finally the follow up.

I wasn't sure what to expect because I had heard that KB was a so so builder but I can honestly say that they are amazing. Nancy, Jayson, and Brian were helpful, responsive and attentive. They anticipated things we needed and were ready with answers and solutions when we needed them. My parents built with Richmond American so we were expecting certain issues but we had none. Our home is sturdy and efficient. Honestly it's built better than my parents and we paid much less than they did for a comparable home. I would build again with them in a heart beat.

Process was seamless from the sales office to building to lending. Everyone was professional and kept us up to date. All in all a wonderful experience.

KB will work their tail off to make sure you are satisfied. Really appreciated everyone reaching out and focusing on customer service. Would absolutely recommend.

Need to improve on design studio appointments and flexibility

From David our salesman to Amy at the design center back to Joe our supervisor for the build, we could not be happier! Matt also helped out when Joe was not there. This is the 3rd house we have had built and by far the best experience!
