The staff has great patience and if I had any issues or concerns they were resolved through proper chain of command. I got great sq ft. for my home in regards to comparison on pricing with other home building companies. The community is quiet and I was pleased with the color selections of the home. The a la cart process which allows unique personal design. The loan department explained in great detail how the process worked (First time home owner). The salesperson contacted throughout the whole process and after closing. Construction super intendent was so responsive and acted quickly on the issues that needed attention

We found a few issues during our walkthrough and within the next few weeks, reported them to the Superintendent and they were all taken care of quickly.

My inspector missed plumbing issues that should have been hound.

This our second home and our first was with KB Homes. We loved the experience and care we received that we had to buy our second home with KB. They rally treat you like family.

Over all everything has been good

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - NAZ is responsive until we completed our sale but KBHOME credits were not given as expected and upon checking lookslike policies were changed after initiated our talk so we thought like KB HOME should have stick to their words regarding the closing credit. LOAN ORIGINATOR - DERRICK is helpful and provides us required details upon checking with him whenever needed. Construction Manager - Always responsive and provides us the updates quickly

Our reps at KB were all great to work with. They communicated regularly and were all very responsive.

Our experience with KB has been excellent, the salesperson Nancy was attentive with our real estate agent when she needed to be, KB was very accomodating to us once we were in contract as far as access to the home. Melissa the Project Manager has been very communicative & attentive with addressing issues prior to and after the closing. I recommend this builder everyday.

Spending almost half of a million dollar for this 2566 plan house, I found several poor workmanship from bent, crack pre-drywall structural wood to uneven corners of drywall installation. Everything seems built in rapid manner with lack of attention to detail.

Everything was great and Madison was awesome.

My Superintendent Dustin was absolutely wonderful !! Also, from the time of ground breaking, to closing, was just over 3 months.

Such a pleasant experience. Kerry Abt was helpful, accommodating and informative in the search of the perfect home. Brandon made things top notch and followed through with a gentleman like approach! Great experience and great staff!
