My experience overall was great with a few hiccups here and there. John, Camille,Joe and Glauciene are a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service Erick and Debbie were excellent always there to help.

The translation to becoming a first time homeowner was amazing mainly because of KB Homes entire team from sales to construction was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions or concerns.

Everything great had a great expiwrence

Some issues but they were solved, still waiting for some new request that kerlyn is trying to solve

I have purchase home before but have not been treated as well as the KB Homes employees. Starting with the sale representative Cliff who guided me through the process of home buying. Hector who took the time from his busy scheduled to show me step by step of the construction process all the way and even now when I have questions or concern. Wilfredo very helpful and willing to help me with any issues with my new home. Alex very concern about the homeowner satisfaction and always followed up with any homeowners' issues and assured me that it will be taken care by repairing or replacing anything that I find wrong with my new home. The above-mentioned KB employees went beyond and above to make sure I was satisfied with my new home. I am tremendously satisfied with the experience of having bought a house in Mirabella, from KB Homes. The experience in the purchase process, guided by Sergio Mogollón, was essential to decide on the house. After buying, the attention was even better. The after-sales service offered by Kerlyn Marcelino is unmatched. Kerlyn makes you feel like part of a family. He shares his personal cell phone with you and lets you know that he will be there to solve any question or problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If he cannot answer you, he will let you know by SMS and will call you back to resolve any concerns. Going with KB Homes as my builders was the best choice i could've made. I was very satisfied and extremely happy with the end results. The team i had was the best, they my first time home purchase worthwhile

Only had minor issues: Eric and Isabeau were very efficient in acting upon any issues promptly. Debbie has been fabulous from start to finish in every way she can. Isabeau made a personal visit to connect with us regarding warranty. She went above and beyond to be sure we received customer satisfaction. Eric was phenomenal in addressing any issues, specific needs and with follow-up on questions or concerns and making sure things were done correctly. All three of them are pleasant, personable, professional and get the job done in an efficient manner.

My experience was really good everything was always on point. The closing was on time and everyone in this project was kind and responsible.

Is not easy, buy a home but is very important have a solid job, some time was difficult understand the lender, because every week asking for more document, be patient, KB Home is a grate company and each employment help to new buyer to make happy the last day, when the buyer finally move to new home. Thank you KH Home we are very happy

Beautiful houses I bought my house a month ago the construction and the process it was quick the construction builders they always be there for us in every detail

Our salesperson. Adrien was excellent and helped us get the perfect house for our family. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to show us several models and kept us updated on the progress of our build. Ralph, the actual builder did a superb job on building our dream home. Also, John the supervisor of the builders of Kb gave me a warm welcome when I met him on a day I was coming to look a my progress of the build. He took the time to go over dates and he even was able to get our house closing a day I head of time due to my situation with moving from another state to Florida . Everything he promised us he came through with.He communicated with us, very personable. He worked double time with his crew to get us in our home in the deadline he gave us!! Couldn’t have ask for better quality work and craftsmanship on our home!! Wilfredo and Jose assistance was of pure excellent support and guidance on getting us approved for our mortgage every step of the way. They were so helpful and very patient. I was very grateful for both of them for helping even answering my calls on nights and weekends. Two very professional loan specialist and very supportive. Isabeau is the warranty specialist assigned to our home. She is a true sweet person. Also addresses our issues quickly. She called to introduce herself to us. She had done some much for us. When our shutters came in she immediately set up appointments for the painting and also touch up paint on the same day!! Really spruced up the house!! We are in excellent hands if we need services and emergency service call are handled very quickly by her ax well!! We absolutely can call our Kb Team a wonderful combination of suburb specialist!! From start to finish it was a great experience. Of course you run into issues, but everyone was on top of things.
