We love our home, KB staff was and still are greatly helpfull, they are always a call away and responsive. The 3 most important staff where: Patty H. who helpd us make good decisions (we had no experience with home buys), Johnny D. made sure we were happy with our purchase and Alexis is making sure we stay happy. Overall I think KB has provided us with a home we will cherish fore years to come

Our home isn’t finished! It’s been 2 months since we closed.

Most of my issues are with KBHS. Very incompetent. My understanding is that since my closing they fired about half the KBHS staff at the regional office. Been 7 weeks since closing and still waiting for a refund for double charging me for an appraisal. Also still waiting for items that were not completed and have yet to be fixed. Overall the home is very nice and we like the area. Stay away from KBHS if you can. Reason I gave value for the price paid 2 stars is that they are currently selling my model for $20,000 less than I paid.

Johnny in construction went above and beyond to address all of my concerns I am impressed with the customer service he gives and got things done. Mary in sales realtor awesome answer all my questions very professional and knowledgeable. Camila in showroom expertly guide me through all upgrades. My experience was great with all throughout

House was not completed properly on due date. Many issues existed that were located after we moved in. Items ordered and installed were not the same as we had selected in the showroom. Everything that needed to get corrected is an order that gets placed and then your at the mercy of the contractor to show up weeks later. There is no quality control. No one is monitoring the actual work of the corrections. Sometimes out of the blue a contractor would show up unexpectedly. The warranty department takes days to answer. In essence, they took our money, an now we are forced to wait for all repairs to get done whenever they get done with no priority for us since it is not an emergency. Personally the people are personable. Questions are always answered and I appreciate that. The quality of my home is not that great. I feel like the home was rushed, even though the home took longer than expected to be completed. Unfinished painting around the home, chips and dents as well. All in all, promises are not kept and quality is not there either. Not a great first home buying experience on their end.

I am tremendously satisfied with the experience of having bought a house in Mirabella, from KB Homes. The experience in the purchase process, guided by Sergio Mogollón, was essential to decide on the house. After buying, the attention was even better. The after-sales service offered by Kerlyn Marcelino is unmatched. Kerlyn makes you feel like part of a family. He shares his personal cell phone with you and lets you know that he will be there to solve any question or problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If he cannot answer you, he will let you know by SMS and will call you back to resolve any concerns. Aside of Tittle Co. , KB Home surpass my expectations on home buying experience. I will definitely recommend KB to others. Going to the Studio was awesome and selecting upgrades was super fun. There are some irregularities on the house but KB is trying to accommodate the schedule to fix them all.

I purchased a brand new home at the Mattie Pointe community in Auburndale Florida on 10/17/2022. Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever imaged the disappointment I would have on what was supposed to be my dream home in Florida. It started on the day of my walk through that was scheduled 3 hours prior to my closing appointment in Orlando. I arrived to an unlocked home that was filled with construction materials, filthy, uncompleted work and many damages that needed to be addressed such as damaged kitchen cabinets, missing door locks, cosmetic damages to walls, broken window sill and much more to list. To add insult to it all, the construction manager was a “no show” for the walk through. I had to call our KB sales agent ( Mary) to come and see what I walked into that day. Mary herself was in disbelieve at the condition of the home that we were scheduled to close on in just a few hours. She was able to contact another construction manager ( Bryan ) to come and perform the walk through with us. At that time an exception letter was drafted with the issues that needed to be addressed to allow us to close as scheduled. I was assured my Bryan that all issues would be rectified in 30 days of signing. All said issues have not been completed and my latest construction issues has become a complete nightmare. What I have experienced with KB homes is complete dissatisfaction and have experienced the failures of the tradesmen that KB has hired to perform their construction of their homes. Tradesmen who do not takes pride in their work leading to construction issues that all could be prevented if they did. I have experienced nothing but empty promises to having work done on my home that should have been done correctly in the first place if people would have just taken pride on the work they do. The most unfortunate aspect is that their failures fall on KB’s reputation. The first day I moved in on 10/17 my master shower would not drain. I contacted the warranty department to have this addressed . It has been one set back after another and as of today still not completed. I have had to make several calls to have my shower repaired. The first plumber who came out to inspect the shower confirmed that there had been concrete poured down the drain and that is why the shower would not drain. The plumber left and said I would receive a phone call with further instructions. I never received any phone call and finally had to contact the warranty department again to find out what the next step would need to be. It was confirmed that a new shower pan would need to be installed in order to rectify this issue. Keep in mind that this has been an issue with alot of back and forth emails and phone calls since October. On 11/17 a service crew came out to remove the shower door and track. I was informed by the service man that the shower doors had been installed backwards and that when he returns to reinstall he will do them correctly.. Really! On 11/21 a crew came in to remove tile and drywall then the plumbing crew arrived to remove the old shower pan and replace with the new one. On 11/22 the tile crew returned to inform me that they could not re-tile the shower because the brand new shower pan was incorrectly installed. The plumbing supervisor returned to inspect the shower pan and said the pan was in stalled correctly and that the wall was not constructually correct and needed repair. The plumbing supervisor contacted the construction supervisor to come an inspect the wall. He would correct the wall himself and contact the tile crew to come back and complete the tile work. The construction supervisor left my home stating he did the necessary repairs and the tile crew would be back today to complete their work. A few hours later a construction serviceman arrived stating he was called to come and fix the wall in the shower. I had informed him that I was told it was all fixed by the construction manager. I had the construction serviceman exam the repair and was told that it was done incorrectly and was not the way a problem of that nature should be fixed. He then insisted on completing the repair and completing it correctly. The construction serviceman then informed me that the new shower pan that was installed less than 24 hours prior had been damaged with scratches and a corner piece broken off. These damage were not there during the plumbing inspection that was done with myself present that morning. These damages were done during the initial repair done by the construction manager. It’s now December and I still do not have use of my master bathroom and none of the other construction issues have been corrected. The lack of “ caring “ about the home owner from your construction tradesman, construction manager and your warranty department is just unimaginable. The lack of communication and sense of urgency in completing tasks is truly disheartening. Not to mention all the time I have taken out of work to get these repairs completed and still not one thing fixed. I am a home buyer who purchased my home in CASH. I expected to have a brand new home without damages and in working order. I purchased a home that was supposed to have 2 working bathrooms and beautiful undamaged kitchen cabinets, a wall that was supposed to be constructioned properly.. I did not receive any of those things. Would you go to a car dealership and purchase a brand new car with scratches and the engine not working?? I would hope not. My review of KB homes would rate poorly on customer service and I would not recommend using this builder. ... More

Mr Alex is a good guy to work with. He goes beyond to make sure you are taken care of and his word is bond. He never lets you down. Thank you KB

The seller Debbie was Legit, very nice to do business with, Erick and Johnny were very good at what they do always tried to make themselves available within a reasonable time frame.

Going with KB Homes as my builders was the best choice i could've made. I was very satisfied and extremely happy with the end results. The team i had was the best, they my first time home purchase worthwhile

Only had minor issues: Eric and Isabeau were very efficient in acting upon any issues promptly. Debbie has been fabulous from start to finish in every way she can. Isabeau made a personal visit to connect with us regarding warranty. She went above and beyond to be sure we received customer satisfaction. Eric was phenomenal in addressing any issues, specific needs and with follow-up on questions or concerns and making sure things were done correctly. All three of them are pleasant, personable, professional and get the job done in an efficient manner.

My experience was really good everything was always on point. The closing was on time and everyone in this project was kind and responsible.

I made the deal in November 2021 with a delivery date of 6 months, I signed in September 2022 a house that still had construction defects with the deal that we had a 2-year warranty on repairs. 3 days after signing the house it rained and the roof had a leak that wet my carpet in October hurricane Ian passed category 1 and in the area it did not feel as much but it broke the wall inside near the window because the corner of the window had a crack and the water leaked, adding that they just opened two holes in the ceiling because they did not connect the air conditioning ducts and the air was not reaching the first floor, that the bathtub has a crack too , and that the paint they use is cracked and had many paint defects, that the garage floor was cracked (they fixed it), the carpet was left with staples, and the bathroom door has to be lifted to open it because it doesn't roll and every day you can find some more details, that to be a new house it should not have so many problems and that as a buyer I would not want to have to go through it because it is not what I expected ... Is not easy, buy a home but is very important have a solid job, some time was difficult understand the lender, because every week asking for more document, be patient, KB Home is a grate company and each employment help to new buyer to make happy the last day, when the buyer finally move to new home. Thank you KH Home we are very happy

The overall experience was longer than promised but worth the wait. I love my new home and community. The Superintendent, Dan, is amazing. He went above and beyond for me and my family.

Beautiful houses I bought my house a month ago the construction and the process it was quick the construction builders they always be there for us in every detail

overall experience was ok and workmanship was somewhat sloppy and looked rushed. Lots of small details were misses and in turn becomes a headache to have it fixed.
