We are not satisfied with the quality of the house delivered by KB Homes, we had higher expectations based on what they show on their social networks.

Sell department awesome , KB financial department good but building and finish touch up bad my kitchen it still incomplete

Our sale rep was amazing. Our Warranty rep have been great. There have been a few minor issues with terminations on the house but our issues have been handle in a timely manner. We love our house

Overall building experience was horrible the builder was rude and argumentative. Because of waiting on cabinets my house sat in worked on for months. We were given weekly progress report but everything we were told was done or getting done would not be completed. When we went to written contact since verbally we were not getting any results. We were told by George the builder we had no right to go to our home unless invited at that point all progress reports stopped. We had 3 closing dates none were met. Causing us to push the sale of our home back. When we came for our final review before closing we had broken window, the house was filthy, broken cabinet drawers, no final paint done, on missing shower heads, missing mirrors, missing door knobs, holes in living room ceiling a huge hole in the bathroom wall, no shelving in the linen closet, back porch ceiling damage, back porch floor damage. H16 screwdriver hole across kitchen ceiling. At this point we were told our ovens were no longer in stock and were replaced with different ovens that we did not even approve of, and the wrong dishwasher. All the electrical was not wired correctly. This was 2 days before closing! The day of closing we had another walk through nothing had be touch. We had our movers bringing our furniture in while painters and electricians were trying to fix what they could. the worst experience of my life

Our salesperson. Adrien was excellent and helped us get the perfect house for our family. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to show us several models and kept us updated on the progress of our build. Ralph, the actual builder did a superb job on building our dream home. Also, John the supervisor of the builders of Kb gave me a warm welcome when I met him on a day I was coming to look a my progress of the build. He took the time to go over dates and he even was able to get our house closing a day I head of time due to my situation with moving from another state to Florida . Everything he promised us he came through with.He communicated with us, very personable. He worked double time with his crew to get us in our home in the deadline he gave us!! Couldn’t have ask for better quality work and craftsmanship on our home!! Wilfredo and Jose assistance was of pure excellent support and guidance on getting us approved for our mortgage every step of the way. They were so helpful and very patient. I was very grateful for both of them for helping even answering my calls on nights and weekends. Two very professional loan specialist and very supportive. Isabeau is the warranty specialist assigned to our home. She is a true sweet person. Also addresses our issues quickly. She called to introduce herself to us. She had done some much for us. When our shutters came in she immediately set up appointments for the painting and also touch up paint on the same day!! Really spruced up the house!! We are in excellent hands if we need services and emergency service call are handled very quickly by her ax well!! We absolutely can call our Kb Team a wonderful combination of suburb specialist!! Overall my home buying experience was pleasant. However I have closed on my home over a month ago and construction is still not completed. I am waiting on cabinets, painting and bathroom countertops to be completed. The warranty department has been very helpful l, however I should have been notified by construction not to expect my home 100% completed at closing

From start to finish it was a great experience. Of course you run into issues, but everyone was on top of things.

Debbie is the most amazing staff member at KB. Fortunately for me she replaced the first KB rep that left the company. The one negative was the constant change of staff (except for Debbie, who was on point throughout the whole process), that made POCs difficult to follow up with my concerns. Overall I give the whole process a 90/100.

to many problems with construction

Great experience overall. Personnel went thriugh all details of what us included and not included in the home.

To make it short and sweet.... An overall lack of organization and comunication. Theres no follow through, one issue after another. Two months after move in and theres still things to be installed or repaired in the home. I was hoping for a good experience but sadly KB and its proyect managers did not meet my expectations. I wanted to be in love with my house and at the end I regretted my desition. I would not buy KB Home again.

It is a good community to live

My expectations were not satisfactory, too many construction details that I am still finding, several defects of the house have not yet been corrected, despite being reported. At the time of the closing there was too much misinformation and lack of coordination between the bank and the construction company, causing the closing date to be changed several times. I would like that they could correct all the details to obtain what I initially bought.

I suggest not to close until all issues are resolved. After you close they take for ever to resolved your problems. I closed 3 months ago and still waiting for a cabinet door.

It took 11 months but we only have a few items that need to be completed.

Perfect home for 4 peolple!

The experience was challenging but it was all worth it at the end

Everyone from the office to loan officers were so easy to talk to throughout the process, the was able to answer any questions that I had

If I could choose a different builder I would. There are so many little things that need to be done which you express to the builders/sales team but nothing gets done and you get no updates. As 1 example, we had a broken cabinet (which we weren't told) they had someone come out and replace it but then left a scratch/dig on the face of the cabinet. I called & sent pictures they told me they will handle it but it's been over a month and haven't received an update. They harass you to give them great survey reviews but there work is far from great.

Excellent company, house and personal.

There have been unresolved quality issues with the master bathroom since we moved when the house was inspected. Today after almost 1 month and a half living in the house, we couldn't have used the bathroom since we moved. There are still small unresolved issues but those still there after long time without being resolved properly.

Buying a home is stressful, but is a great experience, I recommend KB HOME to everybody who is a first buyer they are excellent from de beginning of the process until your closing date.

The sale of our home was rushed. This caused the builder to rush the construction. We have open items still pending. And have had to submit multiple warranty issues.
