We love our home, KB staff was and still are greatly helpfull, they are always a call away and responsive. The 3 most important staff where: Patty H. who helpd us make good decisions (we had no experience with home buys), Johnny D. made sure we were happy with our purchase and Alexis is making sure we stay happy. Overall I think KB has provided us with a home we will cherish fore years to come

Good experience buying from KB homes

Our sale rep was amazing. Our Warranty rep have been great. There have been a few minor issues with terminations on the house but our issues have been handle in a timely manner. We love our house

It took 11 months but we only have a few items that need to be completed.

Buying a KB home has been an adventure for my family, the location was a bit further than we have ventured in the Florida area but it was well worth it for the floor plan. We are very happy with our home.

Great experience

We recently built and purchased our first KB Home and we love our new home! However there is some room for improvement with the home building communication process and the craftsmanship of the home. Our Superintendent has helped us a lot and his name is Wilfred. We look forward to seeing some future improvements as we're going to be building a second home for a family member in our same community in the upcoming weeks.

Great experience overall. Personnel went thriugh all details of what us included and not included in the home.

I trust KB with home construction!

The overall experience is good. Finance department felt shady. Upgrades were extremely costly. Real Estate agents were genuine. Second foreman was genuine and talented. First foreman was terrible. The subcontractors were hit or miss. The laborers need training. I can still see the seems on the ceiling through the knockdown, random patches and uneven corners that you don't notice in a walk through because the bigger things catch your eye. There's actually quite a list, but too long to type. It could have been worse. I've heard nightmare stories with other companies. My experience wasn't bad, just not perfect. Everything was good in general

Overall experience was good. We had some minor issues but KB was quick to fix the problems.

Debbie is the most amazing staff member at KB. Fortunately for me she replaced the first KB rep that left the company. The one negative was the constant change of staff (except for Debbie, who was on point throughout the whole process), that made POCs difficult to follow up with my concerns. Overall I give the whole process a 90/100.

Buying a home is stressful, but is a great experience, I recommend KB HOME to everybody who is a first buyer they are excellent from de beginning of the process until your closing date.

Sales person, designer and contractor have been good! Finance on the other hand was not good, terrible information and was not there for us at closing. Didn’t answer phone or call back on day of closing as we had questions. Customer service for warranty, has terrible lack of time in responding. A simple “ working on it” would suffice but she prefers not to respond at all. Poor cleaning of construction after being in the house.

The sales process was very easy and the sales representative was 1 of the reason we went with the community.

Very disappointed with one of the banks they use , other than that great experience!!

I am pleased with their after sales customer service but not too much with the sales agent. She was a little inexperienced and unprofessional from time to time.
