Overall experience was good. I was extremely happy with the construction crew, especially John.

Sales agent is Bibi did a great job on timely support and follow ups. Isabu was really helpful during the final closing house walk thru and fixing things

My experience has been good with the salesperson, the studio personnel, the Superintendent and the original Home Loan representative, during the absence of the original Home Loan rep, things started to get a little off color and NOT as organized as inception, The coordinator was great at collecting the info and handing it off to the proper associates, from there on is where the loan fell apart and the Underwriter was a total dictator and my loan was put together with incompetence. A blind man could have done a better job structuring this loan, I even gave them 100k in advance, 6 months prior to closing to secure the loan and still could NOT get the loan organized in the proper fashion, I would strongly advise anyone who decided to get a loan from KB Homes to be very aware of who they deal with as some people have the structure and experience to do things but I am marveled at how others even have jobs within the Mortgage industry. They should focus more on hiring people with the skill level of accomplishing things instead of people who continuously apologize, and nothing gets done. I terminated the Home Loan with KB Homes and went elsewhere, got what I wanted and expected. I am extremely happy with the Superintendent and the salesperson; they have great professional conduct. Aside of Tittle Co. , KB Home surpass my expectations on home buying experience. I will definitely recommend KB to others. Going to the Studio was awesome and selecting upgrades was super fun. There are some irregularities on the house but KB is trying to accommodate the schedule to fix them all.

They will provide all the information that you need right away.

There have been unresolved quality issues with the master bathroom since we moved when the house was inspected. Today after almost 1 month and a half living in the house, we couldn't have used the bathroom since we moved. There are still small unresolved issues but those still there after long time without being resolved properly.

Hello KB Team, first off I want to say please change your survey process to represent individual groups in the process. All though I rated 4-5 stars, certain parts of my experience was terrible. The financing piece of the process needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. Pan my sales rep, Ray my property manager, and Kerlyn my Warranty specialist deserves the 5 starts and was AMAZNING, the design studio was also seamless. But financing was no good. Also the way the house was turned over to me was not great. Paid alot of money and have alot of warranty items that could have and should have been fixed before closing. Closing was a horrible experience. Showed up at 10am for closing only to find out closing was cancelled and it wasn't KB Homes who told me about the cancellation or why. I had to make alot of phone calls that day to get to close. It was something that could have been avoided with a simple phone call on KB Homes part instead I had to make numerous calls to push the process thru. Double check your process the day prior to avoid any surprises. They won't call you!

The seller Debbie was Legit, very nice to do business with, Erick and Johnny were very good at what they do always tried to make themselves available within a reasonable time frame.

We love the community and overall the home. We also really like the location. We have a hard time understanding why we were given false info on flood zone. Whether it’s going to be remapped or not, upper management has stated it will be. The correct info should be given to the homebuyer.

Overall my home buying experience was pleasant. However I have closed on my home over a month ago and construction is still not completed. I am waiting on cabinets, painting and bathroom countertops to be completed. The warranty department has been very helpful l, however I should have been notified by construction not to expect my home 100% completed at closing

Overall I cannot complain, my home is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Pros: beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, nice price and great location Cons: During the process was promised weekly updates from Frank in the beginning. Communication with him was very difficult and far from weekly. After the build there has been several issues that need to be fixed my weeks have been filled with appointments and people come to do the same thing or put a bandaid on an issue. Example, all doors in my home need to be replaced and someone has come to take pictures 3 times and doesn’t seem to have communication of what the next step is. The workers are excellent in customer service but I’m frustrated I can’t fully move in because they haven’t fixed what should have never been broken. The warranty person is nice and responsive for the most part but I feel like slightly aggressive if I can’t answer a call right away. I work night shift so it’s difficult. At first any issues were fixed quickly but now it’s taking a long time to get things fixed. Our back patio cracked after living here about 1-2 weeks and no one has come out to fix that yet, as well as our front walkway crumbling at the corners. Then we discovered a leak in our kitchen window about 3 weeks ago and still waiting on someone to fix. About a week after closing we submitted a request due to the kitchen cabinets having numerous scratches, dents, and black markings on them. I did pay for the most expensive cabinet upgrade and am very disappointed with the quality of them. We also upgraded to vinyl plank flooring which was supposed to be durable, but we have already made multiple deep scratches from minimal use and no kids or pets. Price was very expensive and the quality isn’t there. Our bathtubs have red markings on them that I can not seem to remove no matter what I try, backsplash is cut uneven in some places and grout is sloppy. Caulking was done but sloppy. Trim work is pretty bad, almost every corner is cut wrong, and there are some areas with deep scratches on it that we’re never fixed. Also upon moving in they got hundreds (not even exaggerating) paint drips all over my floors that we had to crawl around and try to scrape up, and even 2 months later we still have paint drips on the floor. I bought an inventory house so many things I can not say anything even very weird design and people sale people just answer me 《 someone ordered this house that way 》 but very weird issue for example Outlet power did not work any button on the walls when I installed fans I can use only remote control but they told me someone ordered to build this way so why we stupid to pay and build all button off and on the lights and fans on the walls?? Why? Or another sample outside under the roof we got 3 corners got outlet power for camera system and they missed one corner front right side I showed them and asked for help they also defensed people designed this way so we can not do the 4th one for you Cable outlet for TV only master room and living room got outlet. 3 others room did not have outlet! 3 others builders around showed me it was standardized nowadays Well I paid 20 000 usd to get kb house more than other 3 builders around same zone same square feet 1700 but quality was worse and old design more than them if I paid 233000 to buy a house at Ryan builder I got full upgraded back Patio tiles sinks fans wsher dryer all set Well I learned a big lesson to buy first house then Too late to say anywords ... Quality Check is not done properly. Many things have issues.

Sales staff are the best, but unfortunately the attention for other people with issues and concerns have to be better.

Look over every thing real good inside the house and outside, you will find a lot of little things that need to fixed or work on to make it work or look right
