From the design studio providing a wide variety of options, build check ins from our build team, a kind staff in every department and after build follow ups for anything we needed, KB has gone above and beyond in every way to provide an excellent experience. We are so glad we chose KB homes who prioritizes community usability, customer services and energy efficient homes.

This house build was rushed, so many things were overlooked. From the random light fixture placements, to the terrible installation of kitchen drawers, pasture that is trying to be sold as sod, incorrect shower door sizing, AC issues, electrical wiring issues, incorrect installation of AC condensation line, and the yard not being leveled. KB had impressed me with the previous two houses I bought from them, but their attention to detail and quality of work has dropped off a cliff. KB used to be a home builder that valued the relationship with the owner, now they just care about putting up as many houses up as fast as possible. ... More

We love the neighborhood and our new home. The process was very good with minor issues but they were corrected. We have been wanting to move to Verona fore several years and have been really happy. Karen in sales is wonderful and patient. Mario has been working hard to make the house perfect. Tom in the loan department was very helpful and informative. Overall a fantastic experience and will recommend people to move into Verona.

Sales staff great, thank you. Construction rushed, and it showed. Too busy trying to make EOY deadlines. Previous KB homeowner from New Construction, this one not up to same standard. Not talking about extras, just like basics, cabinet installation, chaulk, hanging doors. No attention to details or levels apparently from the crews to the supervisors. Dont get me wrong still a good home, just could have paid closer attention and had it done right first time.just slow down.

Brent is the Superintendent for KB Homes. He went above and beyond for us. We would buy another house from KB because of Brent.

The people we have worked with have been fantastic. The house was an inventory home, and will be more difficult to make for our lifestyle. Bathrooms without storage is something we haven’t seen. There are some details that need attention. But we have had nothing but great support from Karen and Brent. They are an asset to your company. I briefly spoke with Chris, our KB Home Warranty professional and look forward to talking to him again as time moves on. I called Whirlpool to schedule a repair but the wait time was 90 minutes last night (20 January at 6pm). That seems excessive

We have a great experience with buying a KB home, special with sales and loan officer, they were super professional and proactive and guided us through our dream, don't have any major complaints about it, and have basically same small issues as everyone has when buy a new house built from somebody else, but in overall we are pretty much satisfied what we choose and that's most important! Family happy life happy! !

Everyone I worked were very professional and listened to my concerns. The few things that needed attention were promptly remedied and I am very pleased with my purchase.

From start to finish Dave and everyone with KB has been great and any issues we may have had, Dave was right on top of it and got things taken care of. Responsive promptly to minor problems. Excellent customer service

KB uses the cheapest materials and the GC does not seem to care or know how important is the appropriate installation. Warranty and repair process works fine, but only for stuff that is broken, not for wrong installation. In this case, GC will answer that it is installed per their standards even when it’s not installed correctly.

I am disappointed in the ‘’ 1770 walking closet’’. Very bad design like the Kitchen pantry. There is hardly no room in the pantry and I live by myself. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable this will be for a family to deal with. All of these minor details creates a dissatisfaction with the house that I bought. It creates unnecessary hazzle that could be avoided. Homes come without gutters. I can’t believe you want to sell a house in that range of money without something that is crucial to have in a house.

The team from Kathryn, Issac & Anthony are amazing. Issac is outstanding 100% committed to the customer. Issac’s dedication to our happiness & any concerns we have is met with such prompt attention we are blessed to have him as our construction manager.

Overall a very nice house, but some subcontractors need more oversight. For example, I have five rooms wired for ceiling fans and every room is wired differently, so have to remember what switch does what. Some windows don't close far enough for the window lock to fully engage. Windows are low-E but provide almost no sound insulation.

Home was built with affordability, smart home design. the only drawback as some members what the rating to be a PERFECT score but the house was near perfect but not ABSOLUTE perfection.

Very helpful until you close. Then they ghost you

From start to finish easiest and most pleasant experience purchasing a home ever. I have purchased 18 homes and never had something went more smoothly and the after purchase support has been amazing.

As first-time KB home buyers, we did not know what to expect. But our sales consultant was great, she made some excellent recommendations based on our needs. The home was built in record time and the construction team was very attentive and followed up constantly. The house is beautiful and the floor plan is really great.
