KB homes needs to get more experience builders to build their homes. The builders did an horrible job on building their houses. They took too much short cuts in building the house. I have never moved into a new home that has so many issues such as the electrical. Plumbing, drywall, doors, kitchen sink, holes under the doors which caused the house to be filled with ants and other bugs, and door handles falling off in my hands. For the money spent on these homes homeowners should not have the problems we're having. I hope these issues can be resolved as soon as possible as possible. From beginning to end, it was a responsive experience, sales counselor, Ramon, superintendent, Brady and Tony, Kerlyn (customer service); warranty folks, and financial group, Eva and Roxanne. KB contractors and subcontractors all moved timely to take care of any needs and concerns once I moved into my home. KB offers beautiful home layouts and the extras to make your home feel more and more designed by you. I highly recommend them. It does feel like family experience during and after :)

My Wife and I were skeptical about purchasing a new home, especially with all you see on the internet, and with me being in construction I know the type of work and effort that gets put into building a new home in large communities. I've told my wife plenty horror stories about bad frame and foundation work in new homes even telling the builders but nothing gets done. So on our journey with KB Homes I follow up on every step of the way and I found nothing to complain about they're wonderful from our assistant at the design studio, Lauren was a great help, we got everything we were looking for, and we're we were unsure she suggested the perfect item that matched with the whole decor of the house and our sales representative Al who made us feel at home before we even moved into our home. I can't forget our contractor/ Builders Anthony who made sure everything we had on our home come together and even after we moved in made sure everything was working 100 percent and if it wasn't he got it fixed, and even down to our warranty manager Kerlyn who made sure if anything broke down he got it fixed without delay so I can say our experience with KB Homes is a once in a lifetime experience and when you're buying a home I would imagine that's what you want. A house that will last a lifetime and to gain a family of new friends along the way doesn't hurt So I give K.B Homes 5 stars and laurel oaks 5 stars ... More

The process from start to finish always had consistent communication throughout each stage of the process. This includes receiving weekly updates and sometimes multiple updates throughout the week. From the initial discussion all throughout the final steps, the different teams were always in contact to ensure visibility and transparency are at the forefront.
