This was my first time buying a new construction home. I am retired military and this is my forever home. I wanted to make sure it was everything that I wanted. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I received weekly updates from sales and financing. I was always kept informed of what was going on. I never felt in the dark about any part of the process. Being able to see the home and get walkthroughs with the builder at important parts of the building process was very helpful. I was able to take pictures so I know everything about the home from the foundation to the framing. Since I have moved in I still get calls to make sure everything is going well with the house. The follow up during the construction was great!

My wife and I are very happy in our new home st Carriage Hill! John, Mark, and Carol were great through the whole process and very understanding and helpful to our needs especially since we moved from out of town.

Got my house with things missing, the house was dirty, appliances, hardware, missing. They miss calculated the amount of closing, had to pull extra money in. It was a hot mess.. still waiting for things to be resolved.

Love how we were able to make the house exactly how we wanted it to be. Also very happy with the follow through after we closed to check on any minor issues. Would definitely recommend KB homes to others.

Was very disappointed with the workmanship. Very sloppy. I closed May 26 here we are July 14 and still missing cabinets. Chipped tiles. a second sink was order in my upstairs bathroom last minute they said I need 900 dollars more. They put up the plumbing but no second sink. My cabinets where chipped my sink was scratched just crazy the amount of money u pay to put out that type of work.

I had a great experience until final close day. I was promise a clean house and it was still dirty and still had to do repairs on it.

I definitely see the value but for the times that we are in I felt that KBs standard feature aren’t enough. They almost force you to upgrade everything to have a updated home, which is unfair in my opinion as this is a new home. And not to mention all of the upgrades you are now making will make it harder for your house to appraise. I wish they went through the standard features before signing your contract. But at the end of it, we do love our home despite the disappointments through the process

The KB Home team made this experience enjoyable and as stress free as possible. While visiting the Orlando area in July 2019, from Hawaii, we looked at KB Home and several other builders in the entire metropolitan area. KB Home and Maronda Homes were our top picks. In October, 2020 we returned to Florida and selected KB Home as our builder. After a walk through of the model coupled with a quite informative and professional presentation, we was sold on a home in Sawgrass Bay. The entire staff - sales, design upgrades, our construction superintendent and finance, all made the process one for the books and have raised the bar for those attempting to provide great customer service! Communication was a little lack luster. Cracks in kitchen grout and moved in to a house already infested with ants and crickets.

I liked the attention to details, quality of materials and excellent attention from the staff.

It's a long process but Adrian & John, along with Tyler & Tom were there & able to answer our questions the whole time. Adrian & John are still involved even after settlement. If we find an issue within the home John's able to correct any problems within a timely manner. We would & have recommend KB to others. KB is a Great Choice!

During construction and prior to construction the salesman responded with any issues or questions I had. After closing KB personnel were responsive and any problem was handled in a timely manner.

Be prepared for patience. the process was long but worth it.
