Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere. Workmanship is poor and sloppy. Never knew we would have so many issues with our brand new home. The community is great which is the only redeeming quality. It’s just unfortunate the home quality does not reflect the price you pay.

Everything came out as expected and in such a timely manner. The whole staff from the sales rep to the builder to the customer service rep were absolutely amazing.

We have an excellent service, also the answers were on point and precise. the closing of the house was promised by the schedule date.

A lot of problems I wish I was on them while the house was building but I didn’t know what I expected until the other home were building. I will not build a home with KB again

Christian the on site sales agent, Tommy and Jimmy the two on site building managers, and the style studio team were all very easy to work with. The home was complete when we moved in and the couple of minor issues after closing were corrected in just a couple days. It is also fantastic that they send in the painters about 30 days after closing to touch up tge things we might need that were caused during the move in.

Like the floor plans, spacious.

Very responsible for all the needs of the house, also very professional and proud of the great work accomplished

If you're looking for these qualities: a well built home in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors you will find these at KB homes

The incompetence of the loan processors. The incompetence and /or negligence of some of the sub contractors. The 2 stage contract signing. 2 stages are OK as long as the structural phase isn't cemented in stone until the Design Studio phase is complete.
