Overall, the staff was very helpful and did a great job specially the construction manager and his name is John. John is very responsive with our house concerns. Rita & Maricela did a great job as well. Please always thank them for being a good source of KB. Overall, It was very nice to have a good staff and ensuring that you live in a comfortable place.

Great buying experience!

We just settled and moved in so the experience is a new beginning - new townhome, in a new town, etc . and so far the support from KB has been helpful in this transition.

Overall satisfied. There are a couple things that need attention. Working on it as we speak . Hopefully by the end of this week all will be taken care of. Everyone is very cooperative . Easy access to representatives. Kudos to Karen for always answering my calls and resolving concerns .

Some contract problems

Thus far we are very happy with our purchase. Great neighborhood, great house , and the few minor issues we've found have been addressed with urgency. Our only complaint would be in some materials used, particularly the quality of grass used. Overall, moving into a KB home seems to have been the best choice for us!

There were some areas in the house that needed attention. They were taken care of by construction manger right away. Overall good experience.

Great House. I like it so far

The hole experience was fantastic, starting with the visit to the different home options and sizes, the lotes and the clubhouse. The design center is the best we have visited and the staff attitude is amazing. They finished the home a month earlier and everything was as promised.

The customer service from the sales center, design studio and all the way to the contractor in our house buying experience were very helpful and attentive. They all have been there to help and explain anything we ask for. Cant complain about the experience and service provided.

It seems that this house was a rush build - which left a lot of deficiencies. The customer service and warranty team are diligently working on issues.

I am still waiting for some issues to be solved.

Working with Alex to buy my home was such a pleasurable and enjoyable experience. working with Sam was also a pleasurable and enjoyable experience.

I'm not happy about how much pressure on my getting in the home and the fact kb home's refuse to work with my realtor giving myself and her a very difficult time and most of the time I was asked for the same thing over and over again and I was rushed to get into the home,kb home's wouldn't wait until the sale of my other home, and the first construction manager was doing a good job sad to see him go

We were looking forward to moving into something that was just ours and KB made that happen.
