The KB team and builder have been pleasant to work with. Karen & Ray have been very attentive and helpful, which we have appreciated. Only somewhat difficult part was the home loan side/department.

Our home purchase experience was flawless from start to finish. Our family relocated from WI to FL and we worked through our home purchase remotely from WI. Big shout out to Karen and Charles for ensuring that we were kept informed on our house progress and providing the extra level of comfort while we were 1200 miles away!

100% recommended, very attentive and willing to help and advise, the seller behaved excellent at all times and the detakkes of the house are perfect

Hello, Just wanted to say how much we love and appreciate our home. It’s everything we have dreamed of and more. There’s a few call outs that I have. 1st being our plumbing had multiple issues the first month when we moved in. We had a blockage in the pipes which created 2 leaks. Thankfully it was fixed with no charge. 2nd we had issues with our sliding door. Thank fully it was replaced but the fact that we had a new home we figured those issues shouldn’t occur since the home and materials are brand new. 3rd : The wood under our island has come OFF!!! We love to maintain and clean our home Atleast 2-3 times a week and we noticed with sweeping and mopping our kitchen floor the wood underneath our island was poorly installed and yet to be fixed since it has happened before our 30 day mark. Overall I appreciate everything but I believe it’s in my nature to make sure I give an honest review so the next customer doesn’t have any issues. ... More

The team here is just simply amazing. There was no pressure. They answered a million and one questions. This was my first time buying a home and they couldn't have made it a less painless process. The sales rep Tracy is fantastic and the builder superintendent Bryan is just the best there is.

Disappointed with KB home - I get discriminators against and not valued as a third time home buyer.

After I moved in there has been a few issues that has to yet be resolved but are on hold due to COVID 19. DeAndre has been great taking care os everything. Tom did a good job as well.

The whole buying experience was great, from day one to the last day, even after we moved in.I really recomend this company.

KB has the best staff of workers in every department, starting for the sales office, loan officers, construction Superintendent, design center, Ms. Rivera..... I have no words to describe the pride every body put to excel

This is my 28th home due to father's military career, early marriage and college, etc. My new KB home is BY-FAR my best all-around experience of all of my previous homes. From the sales office to the design center, to the construction supervisors and tradesmen, everyone has gone far beyond expectation to accommodate my questions and preferences. I would give KB and their representatives 10 stars each if I could.

KB homes has the best team for honesty and kindness. My experience was a 10 from the first day. I have enjoyed my home very much. Any and all issues with construction to final walk through were handled with timeliness communication and quality check in place to make sure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this builder. We built a great relationship from the start and it is ongoing now past my closing. Love my home!

Great experience

Homes are excellent and they stand behind there product. They have an excellent group of professional that will help you with all your questions and processes of you home. We are extremely happy with our purchase. If we had to do it again it would certainly be a KB Home.
