Overall, the staff was very helpful and did a great job specially the construction manager and his name is John. John is very responsive with our house concerns. Rita & Maricela did a great job as well. Please always thank them for being a good source of KB. Overall, It was very nice to have a good staff and ensuring that you live in a comfortable place.

Good house And buldier

Very easy to work wth

Actually I was not such a good experience because the seller did not place what I had asked for and never put it on. At no time did he contact me, for which I do not recommend it, as for the staff my house was not ready until the same day of closing, due to lack of communication

This has been one of the best experiences buying a property, I think the quality of the people is incredible, each one is dedicated to their work, from the beginning to the end each one was aware of their work, I thought it was an incredible company and I I repeat again a dream come true for me and my family thanks to you, the only thing I need and believe me that I will try is to work in this wonderful company, thanks Kb Home

Almost perfect and the best customer service

Overall ok experience. There are a lot things I wished would have been different but the process did turn out better than expected at the end.

Excellent customer service.

We just settled and moved in so the experience is a new beginning - new townhome, in a new town, etc . and so far the support from KB has been helpful in this transition.

My husband and I got our first house this holiday season- and it’s been the best experience. Carol, Bobby, and Mark are some of the most genuine and productive people I have ever met! Working with them To get our house exactly how we want it has been such a blessing.

The ability to get the site approved, financing approved, selection of floor plans, etc. was excellent. The home, however, was rushed and the finish work is terrible. Damaged door, drywall tape visible all over the place, caulk lines look like they were done by a drunk, silicon cracking around sinks within a month. Responses to repairs are excruciatingly slow. 2 months to get a medicine cabinet installed that should've been there prior to closing. Worker sent for drywall repair made a mess and the repairs were horrible. Next guy did well to fix his predecessors work but then used the wrong paint. 3 weeks later and still not fixed. Construction crews from kb working on other houses have driven forklifts through our lawn enough that large sections of sod need to be replaced. Trash from other sites in our yard every day. Great company and employ

We really have nothing but good things to say about KB Home. The experience was great minimal issues and the staff Carol/Bobby/Mark we awesome. They are really great people to work with.

I am just so happy with the product and staff. With what they have delivered, I am happy to call this my home.

Overall satisfied. There are a couple things that need attention. Working on it as we speak . Hopefully by the end of this week all will be taken care of. Everyone is very cooperative . Easy access to representatives. Kudos to Karen for always answering my calls and resolving concerns .
