almost two months after receiving the house I still have a to-do list that no one fixed... It seems that things have changed quite a bit with the importance of the client.

was forced to pushed to close early for a whole month for no reason (other than looks good on their paper), while they were rushing to finish up the construction of the house. Had to wait for a whole month to get internet because the construction of the next door isn't completed.

Sales guy was very thoughtful and helpful all the time by the way has been the only one that threat us with respect. Contractors and superintendent make us feel like we're not paying for a quality home and what we're getting is what we got very irresponsible at the time to give us a answer or make and appoinent at this time we still waiting for repairs from our first walktrough and we still without cabinet doors has been a challenge with all our founding in the first walktrough and still are there waiting that someone will show up and threat us with respect and care. We wore surprise how KB install products that we didn't order without our authorization such as toilets and stove. If we don't notice no buddy mentioned. At this time, we still wearing for KB to replace a cabinet that apparently was damage during installation not to mention how poor are the kitchen cabinets terminations. Plus, we close in February 28,2022 and as of today April 30, 2022, we also still wearing for toilets replacement, range replacement and gutters installation.

Still haven't heard back from Carlos who works for KB. Says he is the one we contact for all issues over the next 2 years but we rarely get communication back and when we do it's to tell us a false date and time for the contractor he hired to fix our backyard as it continues to worsen and dates keep getting pushed we have yet to have anyone come out to offer resolution or even assess the yard for what needs to be done.

The ability to get the site approved, financing approved, selection of floor plans, etc. was excellent. The home, however, was rushed and the finish work is terrible. Damaged door, drywall tape visible all over the place, caulk lines look like they were done by a drunk, silicon cracking around sinks within a month. Responses to repairs are excruciatingly slow. 2 months to get a medicine cabinet installed that should've been there prior to closing. Worker sent for drywall repair made a mess and the repairs were horrible. Next guy did well to fix his predecessors work but then used the wrong ...

This is the first home I brought from kb, it will be the last one as well. The materials kb used were cheap and work was rough. The new house came out with a lot of problems. Feeing like builder was not professional at all and not knowing how to build a house. There were not a lot of options to choose from design studio. We were so glad that we didn’t choose refrigerator and dry and washer from kb. We were pretty disappointed at kb home.

Was very disappointed with the workmanship. Very sloppy. I closed May 26 here we are July 14 and still missing cabinets. Chipped tiles. a second sink was order in my upstairs bathroom last minute they said I need 900 dollars more. They put up the plumbing but no second sink. My cabinets where chipped my sink was scratched just crazy the amount of money u pay to put out that type of work.

This is my second time buying with KB. The first time was great. This second time the quality is subpar. Just to say that siding is missing and they thought is was a great idea to paint over the 2 pieces missing and not say anything. Thanks for a neighbor noticing and letting us know.

The incompetence of the loan processors. The incompetence and /or negligence of some of the sub contractors. The 2 stage contract signing. 2 stages are OK as long as the structural phase isn't cemented in stone until the Design Studio phase is complete.

Mary, Brady, Tim and Mark were a great team working WITH WHAT THEY HAD. We started this process in November 2021 and moved in October 2022. Process was painful, expensive and stressful. Before signing on the closing day there were several issues that were done at last minute like the grading on the left hand side in between houses. By now KB home had worked on this matter several times and stilll not resolve. Also, the were a crack on the ceiling by the dining room area that three different people have tried to fix. The biggest issue is the Grading in between the house. I keep being told that has to do with the city. I know it doesn’t has to do anything with the city. Mike the Superintendent were so great in helping me with this house. He made sure things were done correctly and in order. If it wasn’t for him I probably will be talking to an attorney. So many things wasn’t done right and many of the employees that worked for the company seem not to care about how the structure of the house inside and out were being properly built. Mike made sure it was right, thank you Mike for being an outstanding employee.

Partly my fault for not making sure what was getting. Asked about screen for back porch but no one bothered to tell me there was no porch on this house changed the color of cabinets t hey picked and asked for different counter top in kitchen which they did not change after picking different cabinets. At fist very responsive to any problems or flaws but soon started not responding very well if at all. still have issues not taken care of.

My experience with KB home was terrible, aside from those in the design studio, it was a mess of lies and half truths. They were terrible at communicating with us and tried to close us into a house that was not finished. We had to take our issue up to the regional manager to get our house finished. I’m 60% sure they ignored my home inspector report since they never confirmed they fixed anything or we found things in our walkthrough that were pointed by the inspector. We, and all of our neighbors were pressured into giving a good review. Our closing date was changed on a Friday at 445pm to the following Friday evening, when closing was supposed to happen Monday morning. When we told them that we already had made plans to move out of our apartment and would be homeless on Monday, they said the only way for us to close on time was if we said we were 100% satisfied with the house, even though there were tons of blue tape issues that still needed to be addressed.
