KB HOME has the best customer service you can find. Throughout the whole process you will enciunter different staff that answer questions, listens, and work hardly to meet the expectations set during the contratct.

Johnny was very responsive to when our house needed repairs and really amazed at the high quality service! Well done!

bad quality of the painting and kitchen

I got to say the quality of the materials are very good a solid foundation. The value for the home I think I paid a little to much it was a new plan and the layout didn't have that open layout I was looking for. I order a cabinet two months before closing and still haven't come in from the manufacture. We closed a six weeks ago and still have not received my kitchen cabinet and now seems to know when are if it's been order. I call the builder and the company it takes days are weeks for someone to respond back. end of the day, the house is 5 star quality build and I believe it will stand the test of time. ... More

There is always a bit here and a bit there but overall we are satisfied. Also our PM Ray, great guy and very very helpful.

Not bad builders just have to spend a lot of time looking after the craftsmanship.

The hole experience was fantastic, starting with the visit to the different home options and sizes, the lotes and the clubhouse. The design center is the best we have visited and the staff attitude is amazing. They finished the home a month earlier and everything was as promised.

The customer service from the sales center, design studio and all the way to the contractor in our house buying experience were very helpful and attentive. They all have been there to help and explain anything we ask for. Cant complain about the experience and service provided.

I’m so happy I chose KBHome. Where do I start? My sales counselor Alex and Jarret were awesome in helping my family select a model that worked for us. Ashley in Design took her time to go over all options in designing and helped with style ideas. During construction Sam and Jarret kept me informed on status of my home and sent me photos as we got closer to the end (which I appreciated as I did not live close). My loan agents Heide and Cathy stayed in close contact with me and made closing stress free. The KB home team have exceeded my expectations!!!

Partly my fault for not making sure what was getting. Asked about screen for back porch but no one bothered to tell me there was no porch on this house changed the color of cabinets t hey picked and asked for different counter top in kitchen which they did not change after picking different cabinets. At fist very responsive to any problems or flaws but soon started not responding very well if at all. still have issues not taken care of.

The process of building with KB Home was so much easier than I thought it would be. There are not enough words to Express how thankful we are to the entire WOW .
