This was a great home buying experience, from start to finish.

We, and all of our neighbors were pressured into giving a good review. Our closing date was changed on a Friday at 445pm to the following Friday evening, when closing was supposed to happen Monday morning. When we told them that we already had made plans to move out of our apartment and would be homeless on Monday, they said the only way for us to close on time was if we said we were 100% satisfied with the house, even though there were tons of blue tape issues that still needed to be addressed. Had they told us about closing getting rescheduled just 2 days earlier, we wouldn’t have been compelled to lie on our closing survey. Excellent customer service and quality

We had a very positive and stress free experience buying our home from KB Homes.

Purchasing a new home in itself is hectic experience however KB Homes made it simple and worry free. The minor issues that arose were handled in a timelt manner and completely to our satisfaction. Kudos to Jordan and Mike, our construction managers, for coming through for us in an exceptional manner.

It was Great Buying a house from KB homes

Dahlia and Joey were great to work with. However, the underwriter(s) were terrible to work with. They made me feel I had to prove I was giving honest answers to anything and everything. Took them so long to do things that I needed to pay extra to get more time to close

Kb experience was good however their financing was not

We had the best sales person Lisa and then our contractor Tony was amazing updating us the process of the home and also our warranty person Mark he is top anything that needs to be done once I call him he response quickly. KB Homes is a great builder to buy a new home and prices are reasonable and affordable.

There were minor problems with the homes like any other product. Nothing is perfect. What made it exceptional were the people like Kyle, Hector and Anthony who responded immediately and did the repairs. This is what makes KB homes excellent.

From the beginning of the process to the end, it was excellent. Keep you update on all the steps. Highly recommend. A++++

We were looking forward to moving into something that was just ours and KB made that happen.

Since the first visit to last day at Title company, was so smooth. The communication between company and us was nice. We are very happy.

Great experience from begining to end.

Johnathan was very good at keeping us posted on closing and inspection issues.

From the initial visit to completion, they kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone was helpful throughout the process. Was very surprised at how well my new home turned out. Looking at paper and seeing it for the first time was amazing.

Date given for closing -house wasn’t ready. Once closing was done a multitude of inappropriate installments were noted.. For example: shower pan was installed it had a crack and empty spaces underfoot. Requested a new one and the gentleman stated it was malfunction from the manufacturer and they didn’t understand why it was installed. The shower door leaked due to little to no silicone per gentleman removing it. After replacing shower pan plastic cover not removed because it was no one’s job. So we removed it and caulking around tile and pan has yet to be redone 3 weeks later. The grout between pan and tile floor also has not been done. The walls had broken Sheetrock installed bulging the walls. Still waiting for that repair. The grounds was never leveled and lowest grade of grass applied so the landscape is uneven and a hazard. They totally made a mess of the garage floor and took it upon themselves to epoxy it to cover the screw up without consulting the buyer. The door frames appear to be the rejects so are the cheapest you can buy as you see the dents at different parts of the wood. Paint is watered down so if you pass a rag you see the sheetrock The cabinets ill painted and toe kicks 1” short throughout the house. Kyle- superintendent Chris warranty manager Johnny brought in to take over for Kyle all talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. All they are concerned with is how I was going to relate them. Looking for a ten I gave them an opportunity to make the corrections. They would call one company at a time and then book 2-3 weeks out. When asked for phone numbers for warranty department it has never been provided. Requested all companies be called simultaneously since they didn’t interfere with one another. That never happened it wasn’t even acknowledged. These were my major concerns. Advice to future KB HOME buyers- Don’t buy from KB Avoid the stress, headache and waste of time for services needed to be completed. I was told KB ‘s tactics is to waste time until your warranty is over. I believe in seeing the good in people but I guess I should have listened to the ones I trusted. Lesson learned. ... More
