From start to finish it was a great experience , all departments were constantly updating on the progress. All my questions were answer quickly. Very happy with the home, very well designed and built. Highly recommend

Exciting journey, staff sent texts with updates. They originally set the pace of expectation, but delivered ahead of schedule. Walk through on how everything works, and if there was anything that I wasn't pleased with, they fixed accurately.

The homes has a greater Quality and the team is a great people's and following you after give your Key to move .The community is very nice and quiet.

The contractor Mike was great through the whole process. He answered every question and solved every problem before they came about. Melissa with the mortgage was also fantastic. She helped and answered all our questions.

The entire process was great. Everyone from sales to financing to construction was professional and on point. Each department answered questions as they arose and were in lockstep every step of the way. Overall it was a great experience and I would buy with them again.

This was my first time buying a new construction home. I am retired military and this is my forever home. I wanted to make sure it was everything that I wanted. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I received weekly updates from sales and financing. I was always kept informed of what was going on. I never felt in the dark about any part of the process. Being able to see the home and get walkthroughs with the builder at important parts of the building process was very helpful. I was able to take pictures so I know everything about the home from the foundation to the framing. Since I have moved in I still get calls to make sure everything is going well with the house. While visiting the Orlando area in July 2019, from Hawaii, we looked at KB Home and several other builders in the entire metropolitan area. KB Home and Maronda Homes were our top picks. In October, 2020 we returned to Florida and selected KB Home as our builder. After a walk through of the model coupled with a quite informative and professional presentation, we was sold on a home in Sawgrass Bay.
